Was there any luck overnight? One of our friends cars was stolen from their house. They actually broke into the house to steal other shit and then found the car keys and decided to take the car. Ended up being in a shed up the coast somewhere just sitting there. The kids parents saw it and phoned the police. They were just druggies looking for a ride back home. Didn't actually go there wanting to steal the car. Could be the same in this situation? I hope :S

We own an R33 and a VL turbo. I prefer my skyline anyday over my b/f's turbo VL but that's just me. It's an ok car and once the power situation is sorted out it should be fast, jsut can't understand where the power is disappearing to atm.

Theres a VN commodore up in QLD that regularly attends drift meets and is right up there and even better than some of the import drifters. It's amazing watching him. He's even got sponsorship now (wrecked the look of the car), but he does do very well.

Oh noes! I've got goosebumps just thinking about. I can't do any looking for you troy (being in Brisbane could be a major problem) but I hope you catch the bastards and get the car back in one piece. I hope it was insured. Did they just break into the house and then see the keys? Or did they specifically break into the house to get the keys to get the car? I have nightmares about my car being stolen all the time, I hope you find the car! EDIT: I posted this on boostcruising.com as well in the WA section.

I think this part of the post is most crucial. If they can deem the mods you've done to be un-roadworthy, I'm sure they'd refuse cover. A boost controller is illegal (apparently). Any turbo besides stock is illegal without a modification plate. Tinted windows beyond legal tint are illegal. I just read that post by Choy and had alarm bells ringing in my head. I'm sure an insurance company would try anything to not cover you and keep the premiums. Just my 2c.

At the moment stickers are only being distributed to members of the QLD club as we have limited stocks. Once our supplier gets back from overseas they will be for sale. That will be mid April'ish when he gets back so allow a few weeks for them to get made. We are looking at getting some front window banner ones done up, but once again, we can't do that until our supplier returns. If you are a member of SAu you get the stickers as part of your membership pack along with membership card and bob jane discount card.

Sometimes I hate being one of these very few females who thinks more of her car than something to get from A to B.

Well I got andrew to grab some stuffs from Aussie Auto on the way down and he bought some Meguires stuff and some other thing cause it had a cool brush on the lid. Luckily when I got home it was still wet so we just sprayed the stuff on it and cleaned it and left the windows down to dry it. While the car was at work, I placed some paper towel down to try and soak up some of it. It kinda worked :S Thanks anyway guys.. now I just have to get the splash marks off my centre console, avcr, steering wheel, handbrake, gearstick, dask. Never EVER taking that drink in my car again!

:uhh: I've parked it out the front of work with the windows down at the moment to try and dry it up. Is this a bad thing? I've also got paper towel down trying to soak it up... Hrm.. I might get andrew to go to Aussie Auto now and get something and I'll do it when I get home and leave it over night to work it's magic

Uhm.. I had a little accident in the car. :Oops: I was driving on my merry way back to work after getting subway for lunch when i braked a little hardish for my drinks liking and it decided to spill everywhere! So I now have a swimming pool of coke and creaming soda on my drivers side floor and stickiness to my centre console and gearstick boot. So can anyone recommend a carpet cleaner that can get rid of coke in the carpet and a bit on the seats?
