One of the managers, has spent ALL day trying to work out a ticketing error. Being paid 4 times what I am.. then he comes to me once he fixed it all (10 minutes ago) and tells me he's fixed it. So I tell him to write a report to state what happened (coming from a manager, not a lowly admin person like me) incase we get audited so we can trace back what happened. He goes "but you balance them". I just laughed and said "yeah but I'm not a manager and if we get audited, I'm up shit creek with no evidence as to why it happened. Who ever allowed the machine date change (you being duty manager) is to write up an explaination to be placed with the tickets for an audit trail".. He walked away. Erin 1 - Len 0 I ****en wish I got paid $40 an hour to sit at my desk all day and try and work out a simple ticketing error. I could have done it within an hour. But I gave it to him for the simple reason that I KNEW he wouldn't be able to do it without all my input. GRR /rant.

I don't like to prove you wrong or anything Councillor Dan, but the veins in my compressor on my government funded vehicle have collapsed.

Councillor Batwing, this is the second compressor thing I have bought for the government vehicle to replace the original broken one that we won't go into the story of. Because of budget cuts, I was informed that I should purchase a second hand compressor from a "wreckers" which only lasted 3 weeks until it broke in the same manner as the original compressor. The airconditioning in my government funded car is still functional, it just isn't functional when sitting still at sets of lights.

Councillor Dan, I put it to you, that you have spent all the petty cash money on the engine upgrade for your council vehicle making no funds available for me to purchase some icypoles.

I might go home :S But if I go home I'll feel more crook cause of the heat! I can't win. I want aircon dammit.
