I've also purchased $1000's of dollars worth of parts from Nengun and have never had a problem. As others have stated, yes sometimes the parts may take a little longer to reach you, but it's worth it with the saving you've made. I think your jumping the gun a little bit and I've always found Brent to be very easy to deal with. Even had many conversations with him regarding my car and the modifications being done to it.

Well.. I've been given an offer and accepted it on the skyline. So, within the next few weeks (probably sooner), sinbad goes off to his new owner and I'm left heart broken. I think you all know how much this car means/meant to me and how much I treated him just like my little kid. We've had a good 4 years together now but unfortunately it's time to part ways. With an impending wedding and the purchasing of a house, I think it's time I realisticly looked at whether I really did need 200rwkw to drive to work and back. So onward and upward as buzz lightyear would say and farewell to a much loved baby of mine! You will be sorely (and I mean SORELY) missed! Bye bye sinbad

Who's that insurance through? Make sure you read all the fine print and precisely understand their PDS's and other documentation. At least you've got some type of insurance the vehicle and if you ever (touch wood you don't) have an accident, at least the other people are covered. BTW.. the amount I quoted above ($1117) is for an agreed value of $20,000.. so I didn't pay that premium and only get paid out for $16,500... I was very happy to know that JustCars cover weather conditions.. so if the car's ever hit by hail or damaged by a storm, it's covered. Some people just expect it to be, but some insurance company don't actually cover weather on their policies.

As people have said, $1900 for comprehensive insurance for a turbo skyline for your age is VERY good. I started on $2500 4 years ago and i have just been placed onto a rating 1 paying $1117 (with rating one protection) with just cars. Just remember though, that with fire, theft, you will only get paid out a maximum value of $7000 or something. Is that really going to cover you if the car does get stolen/set on fire? I looked at doing this option to pay cheaper insurance, but I just couldn't justify paying the premium to only be insured for a maximum value of $7000 if the car was stolen. Personally, I only have my insurance incase I hit someone or the car is stolen/written off. It costs way too much to claim and unless the damage done is more than $2500, I wont be claiming.

Although, he did rake up some brownies points by saying how good the paintwork is, so it might even out
