  1. Car covers can sometimes do more damage than good, especially if they are cheap. The process of removing and fitting the cover can in time damage the paint; also wind, etc, will cause the cover to rub on the paint. Just my 2c
  2. Very nice set-up and very well presented engine bay, good luck with the sale. Very interested in this catch can/water bottle, are you able to pm me with better pics, basic build design (does the catch can have baffels, is there a return line to the intake, etc) and a price. Is it a direct replacement for the std water bottle, or are other mods required?Sorry to go a little off track, but you did offer the item .
  3. - So what is the lay-out/schedual for the event? - Which charity is this for and what % of $'s gets donated? - How much pan time do we get? - How many entrants are allowed to enter? - How will the "winners" be determined and if the "winner" does not own a Holden what do they receive in place of the LS1 edit "tune"? Thanks
  4. Here is mine. Ignore the wheel on the car they are off an XA coupe
  5. Slightly off topic: Is there a PPG gear-set available for an RB25det gtst. Also would not like a dog box as it is street driven. Car is making 487rwkw and the NOS is yet to be connected and tuned. Has already stripped 3rd gear in a std box . How much $'s does the gearset cost? Thanks
  6. Coolers do not suck air

  9. At the Tudor Motor Inn. Let me know if you're interested.
  10. That's what i did. It's the only safest way to modify the power supplied to lights.
  11. If the trip goes to Qld what sort or transporting arrangenment will there be. Do you plan to drive up (over 2 days or so) or will you consider transporters (ie: truck, train, etc)? I personally would really love to spend at least a week in Tassie and "explore" the roads there, with the inclusion of one or two track days.
  12. Wouldn't you just use a 40amp relay

    Turbo Installer

Have a look at my sig below. I can't garantee you fast as they are very busy, but i can say it will be a top quality install, with attention to the smallest detail at a reasonable price. I have used them for 6yrs and have had no real problems. Give EAS a call and speak to Vic.

  17. PM Adzmax, R31nismoid, or Paulr33. If they can confirm your membership entry and details, i'm sure they'll be able to give you all cruise details, while the committee is processing you membership form. Doesn't hurt to ask.
  18. If you ever make your mind up and build the damn thing!
  19. Congrates on the car, very nice. Is it a '97 model? Next cruise for members is tomorrow night Then we have shepparton on the 10th, then the Black Spur, then the GOR, all within the next month and a bit. It pays to be a members
  20. No, but am currently considering his "track spec" coil-overs, with adjustable height (not grooves/clips). Still deciding between these and the proper Bilstein Motorsport PSS9 coil-overs with adjustable height and damper control, but the package is about $1500 more expensive .
