  1. Have advised my mate, THANKS.
  2. Nice!! I think it's a great idea
  3. Try the number first to confirm Address. They just recently moved, i know where they are, just not sure of the name of the road. Moore, Marshall, or Webb If you have no luck, go to 11 Victory Rd (EAS Performance) and they'll give you directions. You can also call: 1223 (Telstra directory assistance) and they'll give you the right number
  4. R32_GODZILLA: My powder coater is in Airport West T & C Powder Coating Moore Rd, Airport West, VIC, 3042. ph: (03) 9338 6631 (not sure if this is the right number) SS8_Gohan: YES!!!!!! and YES!!!!!
  5. Well try to make it buddy!
  6. Ask him to take some more hi-res pics of a plenum in stock. Those pics on ebay are crap and do not show much detail. Pics hide alot of faults, but at least we have a better idea
  7. What does that explain? Doesn't explain anything about profile, width, etc. A picture can say a million words but yours only says 5: Less rubber for bigger rims
  8. You really need to check the quality of this RB25 Plenium. At my mechanic's w/shop two people have bought GReddy copies for their cars, through ebay. The SR20 plenum was a decent item and was used, but the RB25 copy was crap and the owner advised to turf it. Both bought from the same ebay seller.
  9. Powder coating rims is the best option. I've had mine done over a year now and they are still perfect, apart from one........................... They don't like to be scrapped on brick pillars Powder coat colour on my rims: Precious Steel Perl (satin) I had these done for $120 for all 4, no prep work was required as rims where in good condition. I just got my track rims done in the same colour, but gloss. They do look a little shinnier, but the finish isn't as "smooth", hard to explain, smooth isn't really the right word. The gloss is only a clear powder coat over the satin, as there is an additional layer, up close the coat looks a little ripply, almost like "orange peel" in paint finishes but not as fine . The track rims where $150 for all 4. Yawn: Car look very nice, but lower that ass end, your not driving a Kingswood Just noticed your from Melb. Your more than welcome to come down an fit my track rims onto one side of your car, just to see if you like the colour. Let me know via PM, if you are interested.
  10. woop...............I started a trend

  13. Prepsole or Shellite
  14. Nice well done
  15. R33-Lovr please speak for yourself and not other people that you don't even know . I like his rim choice, and just prefer the grey colour. Your rim choice is also good, and is actually not far off Sammie's rim style. I even like the Advans in your avartar . My taste in rims vary greatly, but in general i really dislike big, bling bling, chromies on Skylines. It all depends on the car and colour the rims are being fitted to.
  16. Shit, sorry for your lose Hope you're OK!
  17. Keep us posted
  18. The trick is to lightly file the head of the LED, flat. LED's by design are pretty directional, if you file the head slighly, this will diffuse the light, giving a more even spread .

    Deca Wind Up

Thanks to all the organizers and volunteers, as they made the day sooo enjoyable for us. Unfortunately a gremlin snuck into my engine bay and was causing havok with my start-up, which ended my day one event prematurely. Today the hand-controller did NOT indicate any fault signal, just typical for the fault to disappear after the event . Had a top weekend with ALL people involved Thanks everyone and hope to see ya all again next time. Alan
  20. Thanks Colour is off the '96 Ford Mustang; It's a 3 layer perl, called: Lazer Red.

    Happy Birthday Al

Thanks everyone. Hope to have a big one Saturday night PS: I like my rims
  22. Happy B'day guys, what a great month to be born !!
  23. Not really Face it, the 32 has a few more years under it's belt. If today, you were to line up a STOCK 32 with a STOCK 33, i'll put my money on the 33. From Factory, when new, they were a "bee's prick" faster in the 1/4 mile, but today they are more worn and will stuggle to bet the newer models. Before you reply all defensive and make more statements like; "the mighty 32 gtr, blah, blah, blah", just remember, i too would buy a 32gtr over the 33gtr, but it has nothing to do with the illussion of them being faster.
  24. WTF? I have 19's, previous tyres were 245(f) and 275®. Only ever had minor rubbing of plastic gaurd liner (not gaurd). I personally really like the grey rims on your photoshop pics, just looks more racer. All depends is you are after bling or a race style look. As you can see i am VERY partial to dark rims What are the width of the rims? If you can get 8"(f) and 9"®, then tyres will be 235(f) and 255/265®, that will be ideal. If rims are 8" wide all round, stick with 235 all round. Hankook K104 or K107 are pretty good for a cheap tyre, i have been using them for the last 4yrs.
