    Bass Junkys Car

JJ radiators are 40mm thick and may be triple core. (Not 100% how to tell , but looking at the inside you see 3 partitions)

    Bass Junkys Car

It was serious enough Just bought one for my car and they are of a very decent quality. I also have a second hand "Race Radiators"(RR) item (that was purchased new, by the previous owner, for $950, 1.5yrs ago) and have decided to use the JustJap(JJ) item. Overall the JJ radiator appears to hold more fluid and has more cooling fins. Disadvantages of the JJ radiator is that it is slightly heavier than the RR item and the endtanks are squarer, so the RR looks a little better. Now i just need one of those Ricey Radiator caps
  7. Had a chat with a couple of mates over the weekend, i am 80% going to Europe next year , so i'm giving this a miss to save $$$$ . Have Fun!! I will be in July (hopefully)
  8. My mechanic has a wild R33 on NOS, he may be able to help. He may also try to talk you out of it , but if you insist he will do it. EAS Performance Contact: Vic or George Tel: 93302001 11 Victory Rd Airport West

  12. why are you only running 7psi with a hi-flowed turbo Do you have ECU and Injectors?
  13. A per bygrave316's last pic. Remove pipe, drill hole, tap hole, use thread sealant, screw in nipple. No welding, no mess, no chance of stuffing up piping (provided you can tap a hole neatly )

    Should I Buy?

GREAT POINT!!!!Everything he said he will fix, put it down on paper and you both sign, with a witness Even ask how he intends to cover the holes in the boot lid. If he is just going to bog it up don't accept it. The hole need to be filled properly and only a minimal amount of bog used. Put this down on paper too.

    Should I Buy?

Bank cheque is as good as cash. Show up with 13k cash or a personal cheque . If he takes the pc then deposit the $13k into your chequing account. Make sure you get a RWC and 1yrs rego, as the price is already expensive

    Should I Buy?

For $14K, you must insist on RWC and 1yr reg

    Cop Trouble?

What does the fine state?..... If you don't know what the fine is for why didn't you ask? As Dark stated it's illegal for you (p-plater) to drive an R33 GTS-t, due to the power-to-weight law. So you are NOT doing "nothing wrong" as you are ALWAYS breaking the law.
  20. Just as they use Falcon or Commodoore, what's the issue? Feel sorry for the owner, hopefully they had insurrance .
  21. Sounds like a Hollywood movie... Thanks for the link
  22. Worst case senario: If it sounds like a metalic whistle (ie:bearings) ask you mechanic if they changed the idler bearings. If not this is a big issue and must be done. If the bearings are worn they will eventally seize, break the belt then bye-bye engine
  23. This guy has been discussed endlessly, and i can only see this thread turning into another Mr Pettett bash fest. Thread closed.
  24. All belts will stretch over time, a little tighter should not harm anything.
