  1. As topic states, i am after a standard RB26 or RB25NEO fuel rail, no injectors needed, just the rail. Please post availabilty here, with price including delivery to VIC, 3042. OR PM me the details, if you prefer. Thanks Alan
  2. Just deposited the cash. Leewah: Can you put "paid" near the names, once they appear in the account?
  3. I used a metal ruler and 'stanley' knife, then used a "bench mounted, grinding wheel" to smooth the edges. Or you can just use a file, it's only fibre-glass
  4. Thanks Hus, Have several options to chase up and i'll let you know how we go.
  5. Happy B'day Sarah!! Sorry i couldn't make it, got home at 6pm, sleep at 8:30pm to wake up and watch soccer at 5am, then shoot off to Albury for work. Hope you had a great day/night. See ya on Friday night for "Sarah's Midnight B'day Party Cruise", that the SAU committee has nicely organised in your honour
  6. Hey don't fly up, i'll be driving to Albury tomorrow morning for work, could use the company to pass time . Who the hell flys up to Albury, it's only a 4hr drive . 4hrs drive up, 1hr job, 4hrs drive back, gosh my job is hard My 'line is still out of action , and i'm sleeping early (8:30pm) to get up for the soccer and then head to Albury after.
  7. REALLY sorry Bec, and dissappointed Have been reminded it's my mate's engagement that weekend , so i'll have to give it a miss.
  8. Me....... For both nights, thanks Bec. A single in a triple room will do.
  9. Do NOT use brown packaging tape, it is a prick to get off.
  10. Well if someone ran into you why didn't their insurance cover the cost?
  11. What is a shaman 0.o ?
  12. Craved: It's called a "PCB Bread Board", at least that's what they used to call it. The board i bought came in a size, roughly 2"x10", if you look closely at my board pics you will see that i had to join 2 pcs together to get the right length. It has multiple lines of conductivity, i just cut it down to fit, ensure you break the lines as shown in my hand-drawn pic. With the LEDs, just file a little to make the peak of the dome flat. Just do one at first, then test. heslo: PICSORBAN!!
  13. Color_Of_Green: That is a nice curve, probably one of the nicest i've seen with that turbo. My target is somewhere between 250-280rwkw @ 18psi, with cams and head porting i think that may be acheivable, and still maintain better response. Only time will tell Either way it is going to be better than the hi-flow.
  14. My decision was between the GTRS and the 2835ProS, after a little research i decided on the GTRS.May i ask why you believe the 2835ProS is "MUCH nicer and bliss as a daily driver"? Just would like to know for my own knowledge.
  15. Ash - If you accept, i'll wager a slab of Carrona's that the GTRS is more reponsive/has more usable power than the hi-flow . Test to be done with both cars at the same dyno, on the same day. Once my car was finished i had intended to go for another Dyno run at Racingline, just to compare it to my previous tune, if Pete wants to meet up on the same day, that would also be great. At the end of the day you can not compair a turbo that has been specifically researched, designed, engineered and tested for a particular engine to another turbo that has had a fraction of the $$$s in research, using ready-made turbines and housings, that had been designed for other purposes. You are right about Pete's turbo, his adjustment/repair had slipped my mind. But only his response is "leagues above mine" (1000 rpm), my turbo easily made more power than his, peak power was self limited and with a shitty tune.
  16. Nope
  17. Yep........ They moved out for a week and her sister's family (husband, wife and baby) moved in and also experienced a couple of these events.
  18. I drove this car , and it is trully awesome. I would even say that off the line this may have have beaten Shivam's 32GTR, b4 his mechanic troubles, for the first 100m. As Dave stated the RB26 has more up top. This car really surprised me and Dave made the right choice, the amount of low end torque is incredable, especially for a modified twin turbo car.
  19. DAMN you must have more patiance than me It would have been a PAIN to mask each letter properly! Also an added tip: (that i did not use myself) If you can see the LEDs through the paint, try to file the top of the LED, flat, to dispurse the light, as an LED is designed to be directional. *Try it on one first, before doing all of them. But it also helps to paint a black base coat first. With mine i put a piece of black stick-on sponge, in-between each letter, right in front of the LEDs.
  20. So you are using my layout with the resisters and LEDs (ie: one resister per LED)? Been a while since i used that formular ; see what happens after 6yrs of boards replacement and no component level repair :. Now you got me doubting whether i used the same LEDs and possibly the same resister . What's the colour code?
  21. 1/ About 30 years, the neighbours knew the first owners, and the house is on a slab, so it is not too old. 2/ Western Suburbs, near St. Albans. 3/ No idea............. 4/ Edited first post. About 3 months ago. 5/ Events started to be recognised a few weeks after baby was brought home.
  22. Russell: Thanks for the PM, I will talk with my friends and contact your sister, if they haven't found someone already. Really appreciate it buddy. James: You are a pic whore!!! They shit you find is just unbelievable and hilarious . To others: Please have some RESPECT for my friends and stop all references to their new born as being Damien, etc. First time was a poorly tasted joke, but the others are just not acceptable. NON-BELIEVERS: If you do not believe, fine, I respect that opinion. But your input (or lack there of) is not helping. Simply ignore this thread and let us gullible ones find a solution to this problem THANKS Alan
  23. Heslo, If you have finished, can you post up pics?
  24. You got me worried now.................... Why are you using 3.5V LED's when you have 13.4V supply? Are you running "clusters" of 4 LEDs in series? You do realise that, in this configuration, should one LED fail the whole cluster fails. All my LED's are rated at 12V, are connected in parallel and i used one resister per LED (this also drops down the 13.6V to about 12V), because if you use 1 resister for ALL the LEDs you still run a risk of all the LEDs failing should one blow . Resisters are so cheap, why risk it ? On a previous post you also stated that: Does this mean you hand painted the garish? I did not bother to remove the silver, i gave the garnish to the spray painter and got the whole thing painted over, so it looked like a S2 "SKYLINE" facia. Due to the letters being "lifted" from the surface (i can't think of the right word ), you just use the sharp blade as a scrapper and peel off the paint from each letter, then you polish each letter to remove any left-over paint. This will leave you with sharp lettering and a garnish that is an exact colour code to your car.
