  1. Have been using the Wolf for the past 2-3 years, absolutely no problem, and has the added feature of pin security. The Wolf is just as good/realiable as the power fc, it all depends on the knowledge of the tuner. If your mechanic is comfortable with the wolf, use that. If he knows the PFC use that instead. I chose my ecu because of my mechanic, i didn't change my trusted mechanic because of my ecu.

    Winton round up

Andrew sorry to say buddy, using Fuchs was not the reason for the failure, to even suggest one oil change could blow the engine is laughable. The motor had major concerns b4 Winton, that's why Archie left Calder so early, the thing was pinging off its head. Archie also knew the internals were questionable and was warned (and agreed) on how long the engine would last. Why do you think he was soooo calm at Winton, after the blew it? I have been using Fuchs for the last 3-4years and have never had any issues at any, track/fun day/drag/cruise/etc. I truly believe that this oil is just as good as the Castrol oil, but at the end of the day ppl make a judgement on what they know. Not having a go at you, Andrew, just stating that there are alot of contributing factors in this car's particular life and that no matter what oil was used it would have ended in the same unfortunate way.
  7. Definately a copy. My mate bought one last year, knowing it was a copy, at a much cheaper price than the original Nismo caps.

    skyline R33 stolen

Am i right by reading; "the car was stolen about a year ago." Sorry to hear, but not much we can look out for now .
  9. I'll be there, with or without my car.
  10. WARNING!: BUYERS BEWARE! Myself and a moderator have tried to arrange to meet and pick up parts, in person (I was genuinely after the parts, the moderator wasn't.) We were both given the run-around and itprosearch did some serious back-peddling & BS'ing when he was told that the moderator had a holiday house in Apollo Bay and would have no problem with the travelling distance. To all: Until further notice, we advise not to transfer ANY money into his account. Also to set yourself a few "Internet buying safety guidelines": 1/ If the person lives in your state and is newish, only buy direct 2/ If the person lives interstate make sure he has been on-line for a while and has constantly contributed to these forums. 3/ If the deal sounds way to good, and the person "seems" to have ALL the parts you happen to mention, then start sounding those warning bells.

  18. That is an awesome price for such a neatly detailed car, not sold on the silver mirrors though  Good luck with the sale.
  19. Tell me when you are available. so that i can view the items.
  20. Do not get the CF ones, they will only look like plastic once painted. If you can get the plastic ones for $85 (read previous posts) get those. On the other hand i would prefer to get the CF ones for $110+P rather than buying from N1 @ $245+P. Almost fell off chair laughing when i saw those prices at N1.
  21. Was the driver speeding at the time? I only ask, as i am thinkink wtf he didn't use his brakes? It is only an 80km zone, some areas 60km.
  22. Manual/auto? RB25DET?
  23. STAGEA!!!!! Basically a R33/34 4wd station wagon, powered by a RB25DET. You could even use all your "goodies" for this car. There is one or two in the for sale car section. Here is one: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...034#post1298034
