  1. I tend to agree with Troy (Roy), use your current tyres for the track, then buy new ones after. New tyres also have a silicone coating to look nice and shinny, this does wear off after a bit of use, but till then the grip can be unpredictable.
  2. Stickies are just awesome :headspin: You better watch the straights next time buddy :innocent:
  3. All i will say is that he (Anthony) was kicking my arse down the straight, but got blue flagged because i riped through him round the bends . On my next track day, the straight issue will be taken care of , i have now got my injectors and fuel pressure regulator to support my hi-flow turbo. But i may go just that little bit slower coming out of those corners, maybe.
  4. I think Anthony need to clarify his mods . I know he is running at least 16psi, with the hi-flow turbo, not sure if the std fuel system can support the power acheived at this boost level. I know he has std injectors running at their maximum duty cycle, not sure about his pump. Just like dobbing in a mate
  5. Anyone Seriously Interested In Purchasing These Wings Needs To Pm Me So That I Can Forward The Deposit Details. THANKS Alan
  6. No e-mail notification for me too

  10. ZigenGT is looking at shipping costs during the week.
  11. 20's on a 33 gtst will not fit, you would have to modify the controll arms, etc. I have 19's on mine, the tyes rub on the gaurd liners but not the gaurds. Be prepared to loose a little low end torque and some preformance, due to the bigger rolling diameter and heavier weight. On the up side, the gaurds are NICELY filled and the car looks lower than it actually is. If i was to make a choice again, with my experiences with 19's, i would honestly go 18x8 at the front and 18x9 on the rears. Just less hassles and better performance. PS: my wheels are 19x8 all round with f:245/35/19 and r:275/30/19 pps: the only reason track guys use 17's instead of 18's is purely a financial issue when buying rubber. I also have a track set of 17's wheel for the track
  12. gR33ddy: May i ask how much you paid for the wing and where you bought it? Also does the wing itself flex at high speeds?
  13. I am looking at buying a wing that looks identical to this one. I am only going to put it on for track days and remove it all other times. Is this wing functional or just cosmetic? Are the twin blade alloy wings better?
  14. ZigenGT did you get my PM?
  15. Saw ya on the day so i will not repeat myself Max: You're alive! What happened to the 'line
  16. Why is Ant in the std class? He has a Hi-flow turbo, wolf-3d and a little more stuff Ant:
  17. I personally am going to mount a GT wing in front of this wing. This will neaten up the look of the boot line. I am only going to have the GT wing on for club circuit days and other such activities .
  18. As ZigenGT has mentioned I have personally seen this wing. At first I was concerned about the fit, as the pictures taken do not have the wing sitting properly. When the wing is flush with the rear end of the boot, the wing fits nicely. The width is just a little short (2 - 3 mm) so the gap between the wing and rear quarters is about 1 - 1.5 mm wider, on each side. When compared to the std wing this is not so bad. I was swapping wings constantly (between std and stealth) and comparing all aspects; how the wing sits, how it lines up along the quarters (from the side, top and rear), etc. By the end of the night I was happy with the quality and fit. If you are concerned about the extra gap it can be compensated for by the panel shop. The wing needs to be fixed to the boot lid with Auto grade glue, as there are no bolts. The wing in the photos has a very slight bow on the L.H.S. This can not be helped as not all moulds, no matter how good they are, come out perfect. This bow was easily corrected with the slightest of pressure on that corner, so when the wing is attached with the glue it will have no trouble sitting flat. I have informed you about all my observations, so that you can all make a clear decision on purchasing this wing. I am confident that these wings are of the same quality that is offered from JMS and Unique Autosports, the only difference is the price. This is probably why the pics on these sites do not show close-ups of the wings on the cars (in regard to the gapping between the wing and the guards). Hus (Allblitz) has requested a deposit from each supplier be taken b4 the order is put through. I have decided that a non-refundable $50 deposit is adequate and will ensure that potential buyers are serious and will not pull out. Due to my presence on this forum I will be collecting the money on behalf of ZigenGT and Allblitz (Hus), once I have enough buyers I will then give the money and order to Hus. When the wings are made and ready for pick-up the remaining balance can be sorted with Hus (on pick-up from Melb/Syd) or transferred into my account and the goods delivered. ALL INTERESTED BUYERS PLEASE PM ME AND I WILL PM YOU MY ACCOUNT DETAILS. If you have any questions I will be more than happy to answer them. Alan SAU Vic. - Vice President
  19. Do you really believe a '98 model car would only have genuine 25K-30K km's on the clock? These have been wound back so much that it is unbelievable. Think about it, that's only 4000km a year!
  20. Geoff, are you using the rb25 head or have you upgraded to the rb26 head? There is no way that the same power could be extracted from a std 25 head, when compared to a std 26 head, at the same boost level. Also are the R34 GTR turbo's ceramic (exhaust)? If so this will restrict you on boost.
  21. Great to hear! I apparently only live 5 min from Alex (according to the address given on another thread), so if anyone else has anymore issues give me the details and i will pay him a visit and see how his parents feel about his actions. Alan

  23. As previously stated, don't worry about the km's, look at the car's general condition and for wear. That car has only done about 23000km per year which is the usual average in Australia, i don't beleive all people live in the city districts of Japan. Price is damn good!
