  1. Sciby, your talken as if you have already fitted them . Brakes/clutch were tested servierly this weekend and they came up trumps! . Went through the "Black Spur (Victoria: 134 corners in 37km )" and had no loss of pedal feel. My completed handling upgrades worked floorlessly, maintaining accurate feel and controll. The only weak point was the tyres (Hankook: Ventus) as they started to faulter towards the end of the extreme conditions, but they even held up remarkably well considering the punishment.
  2. I think Shivam is pulling out, as there is ALOT of f**ked up shit happening with his car in Japan and the importers (Can't mention names).
  3. Mine did If you are coming on cruise tomorrow, i will show you how mine is mounted, otherwise you can wait on the photo's that i will post up next week .
  4. Just transfered the full amount into the account details that were given To confirm: 1 x SCHROTH Profi III-5 harness, black, long straps PS: please confirm transfer Thanks Alan
  5. Looks great Matt!
  6. My co-pilot has betrayed SAU! He has decided to pilot his mate's 300ZX (who by the way is not coming), and will be joining us in that. I say we give Shivam a HUGE head slap! :slap: But in all honesty, if i didn't have a car i would try to do the same thing . Better to be a driver than a passenger.
  7. Just a thought...... If anyone is coming from Geelong way we can make a "drive through" (will not stop) at the shell/kfc servo (Todd Rd) just b4 entering the Burnly Tunnel. Make sure you are there at 9:30am. I MAY NOT LOG ON AGAIN TILL AFTER THE CRUISE, SO PLEASE SMS ME (as well as posting here) IF SOMEONE WANTS TO BE "PICKED UP" FROM THE SHELL/KFC SERVO. IE: No sms, means no-one is going to be waiting at shell, thus we will NOT pull in. PS: unable to sms back, as company mobile is barred from sms'ing (am able to receive). Alan 0427 076490
  8. I'm in too 1 x black long straps
  9. Where can we purchase toluene, and how much do you put with 35-40 litres of 96ron to get up to 100ron . Is it safe to run? Meaning, it will not do any sort of damage to the engine. My car is tunned for 98ron, and because we are planning to cruise the mountains, i will not be willing to use anything less. PS: Thanks for your help
  10. Meet point is done, look at previous post. I live out West and Shan lives in the North
  11. WESTERN PRE-MEET click here
  12. Better late than never Place: Mobil/Mc Donald Servo - City Bound Western Ring Road Time: Meet at 9:00am for 9:30am departure -Will be leaving at 9:30am sharp, no excusses. Will need an e-tag or day pass as we will be going through the Burnley tunnel and on the Monash Fwy. If you can not afford the $ charge for using city link, please find your own way to the final meeting point. C YA ALL THERE!
  13. No the question is how many rwkw do you want? I can play around with the figures untill it reads as high as you like. IE: Dyno figures don't mean shit, use it as a tunning tool only. When you attend a dyno day, with other cars to compare against, then you get a slight indication of how good the set-up is.
  14. Get it checked out
  15. Yea, the dvd footage is pretty good and the music is reallllly cheezy .
  16. Sounds like a good cause, will come if not working.
  17. OH NO! So do you guys put octane booster every time you fill up?
  18. Thanks. Another question: Where do you guys buy you 98 ron fuel from, and how many servo's have it? I was looking on the net, so i could plan out the fuel stops, but found that Shell (optimax) and Mobil (8000) do not have servo's with 98 ron fuel . Waiting for a Booklet from BP, hopefully they sell Ultimate there.
  19. What are the dates for Targa Tasmania, in 2005?
  20. Sorry to barge in. A few of us SAU VIC boys are planning a week long cruise early next year. This is going to start at Launie (cars coming by ferrie), go down to Hobart and then back up to Launie (hopefully via a different route) to catch the ferrie back to Melb. - What are these Hooning laws? - For what reason do the Police impound the cars? - How are they with club cruises?
  21. I have just bought and fitted these Maltech lines. They are ADR approved and have the ADR number moulded on all the rubber sleeves at the ends of all fittings. My mechanic had nothing but praise for the quality and "no problem/modification" fitment. i.e: Nissan couldn't produce a better product. Brake kit (front and rear): $420 Clutch Line: $70
  22. I got it installed for a good price, as he is my regular mechanic and i got it done with a whole heap of other things. But i did ask him how much to install, as my mate is considering getting it done, and he said $150 drive in/drive out. That's for materials (brackets, bolts, etc), labour and powder coating (brackets). Car still at Centreline, so i will post pics later this week.

    Home car wash!

If you are only buying a pressure washer only because of the water restrictions, you are wasting your money. All you need is a trigger activated garden hose . It is legal to wash your car with a hose, as long as it triggered and does not leek.
  24. Kev, may be interested for the 6th Nov. Even though i am not that young ( ), i still believe i can learn a fair bit. Will keep in touch
  25. Well, i finally just had everything fitted, and all is sweeeeeet! . No leaks, had plenty of hose and all is mounted solidly. Will post pics once car is back from Centreline Suspension. Almost ready for the track !
