    Deca Fun Day!!

Everyone needs to FILL in the ENTRY FORM and pay the $50 b4 the event, to reserve a spot. So PM me your e-mail addresses and i will send you the details. At present time there are a lot of spots available, but since the date change other clubs (that could not attend on the previous date) are showing alot of interest. agd33: PM sent
  4. Was a great day, even though i was only a spectator (car in w/shop) . Will definately be attending and participating in the next drift practice day. I sooooo missed out.
  5. PS: MEGGALA your ceffy looked the part, didn't manage to catch up with ya as every time i was about to walk up you went back inside your car to practice. Had a chat to SAM (Dr Drift) and boy would i like to learn a few pointers from him . Kept the drift goin throughout the corner in a artistically smooth motion. The person driving the burgandy R33 was damn good too!
  6. I snuck in as a spectator . The events looked well organized and looked like everyone was having a good time. Unfortunately my car is off the road (at the w/shop) , i was really disappointed that i could not participate, just the kind of event i would like to do . Will definately keen a keen look-out for the next practice day. A big thumbs up to the FULL LOCK CREW!!
  7. Would like to purchase a set of R33, gtst, ser1, m-spec, side skirts and rear pods. Melbourne only please, as shipping for these items will be expensive, due to their size.
  8. Unfortunately my car is still at the w/shop. Problems with the "direct bolt-in" Exedy twin plate clutch caused a bit of delay. Also the F1 didn't help my cause ethier. Should be ready by friday. Will stay in touch.
  9. This seems to be the best time to hold a raffle to raise funds needed to support SAU at MAS. Time for us to welcome Sam - Dr_Drift to his new home at Complete Auto! He is holding a dyo-day for us on: Saturday 27th of March - 9.30am $40 RWD, $50 4WD Complete Auto 148 Gaffney St Coburg (03) 9354 1198 Firstly any donation prizes would be appreciated, especially if you work at some kind of car related workshop or parts retailer. Just send me a PM and i will kindly get back to you. The Raffle will be held about lunch time, with the tickets being about $2. The winning prize all depends on the donations received . Any other financial support will also be greatly appreciated. Hope to see ya all there! Alan
  10. I will be there as a spectator, club promoter and MAS fundraiser . Don't think any of my latest mods would help on the dyno
  11. Where are those PICS! C'mon DAVE (evil) post em up!! Great night James, good to see you survived the night
  12. Brakes! You've got the go, now you need the WHOA!
  13. Next meeting i will bring out the Labels (for name tags)!, at least we are not out in plublic .
  14. Also if the tyres where only a few km's old, they may still have the silicon film on them, too make them look shinny. This will wear off after a few trips, but may have caused less traction.

    Deca Fun Day!!

Auto, SO!!! Why does that stop ya . Nothing like a nice family weekend out at Shepparton
  16. I am definately interested, and keen. Haven't been campin for ages, due to the duck season being on hold. I'll bring the marshmellows!! Would you have any objection to staging another cruise down to Apollo Bay, then the people that want to camp continue up, the others just head back home. If nothing happens (future is unpredictable) my car would be more than ready to handle the twists, with the new suspension and braking mods .
  17. 235/45/R17: 235=tyre width in mm; 45=thickness of sideway as a % of the trye width (ie: 45% of the tyre width.); R17=17" tyre, Radials. Yes a smaller profile tyre will have less flex and be more responsive. Having less width will also have less traction. Different Brands/models will have different road holding characteristics, due to the different compounds. Finally whether and foreign residue on the road will also play a major part on road handling.
  18. i just bought a brand new Exedy twin plate clutch for $2100, it is getting installed this weekend.
  19. Buddy, in seven years alot can happen. So please stop dreaming about the future and live in the present. more dollars than sense (sence = cents)
  20. Couple of pararamic shoots. Resolution really 5hitty as i had to compress a 3Mb file to less than 100kb
  21. 5hit that's farked up! Why isn't the bank going after the guy's other assets to get back the money. Put that farkwit on the streets for not taking care of his responsibility. See a secong opinion from a proper lawer, you may have to pay a little but it could save you from loosing your car. If it comes down to it, rip out all the mods and replace the motor with a blown one and give it to them.

    Deca Fun Day!!

From memory the surfaces are not too bad. The skid pan is much smoother than the one at the Police Acadamy, i think the figure 8 track may be questionable.
  23. GREAT DAY, that's all that can describe today, lost for words. Big THANK-YOU! to Shivam (deorbit) for the ride. Hopefully my car will be on the road for the next one.
  24. hahahahahahaha! classic  Only in a skyline
  25. I say we all cruise to Bendigo that week-end and have an escort following the wedding cars .
