  1. LOOKS GREAT THE WAY IT IS! No gtr symbol please, it would look a bit "try-hard-ish" Why not put the R33 skyline symbols as it is the middle model between the 32 and 34. j/k But serious about the GTR thing Still one of each for me, thanks!
  2. PK: Welcome aboard buddy, everyone is welcome to join us, but we will be going to Apollo Bay from the sounds of things. Lets Start a new thread
  3. Thanks buddy
  4. I too live in the west, but am always willing to travel to get the best work done on my car
  5. The only time i come to Sale is in my work van . Wouldn't mind being the odd one out, once in a while, too many imports in the CBD. But i can't really complain.
  6. 9th sounds good Like the idea of having another day to rest after a long cruise. People are coming from all suburbs My suggestion is that we meet at the shell/subway, on the exit ramp of Point Cook Rd (MEL:53, B3. The exit after Newland Str.). Plenty of parking there. This way we get the east and west people cruising down the Princess Hwy together. We could then stop at Mc Donalds as we enter Geelong, to pick up any people there.
  7. I hope you have a few mods under that bonnet, and a scanner!! As you would be flyin' to get to CBD in an hour!
  8. I really want a SAU shirt, but don't know how to do a EFT or whatever you call it James, please order me one XXL shirt as i will definately pay you for both the shirt and sticker.
  9. Just a friendly post. I have installed a C's short shifter in my R33 gtst and am VERY pleased with the differance it has mad to the feel of the car. No noticable wear on syncros (sp?) yet. Would recomend these to anyone.
  10. GOR always sounds good! Any meet realy, but GOR is always up there wit the best, lets just get this up and going. If we keep on talking about it, it will never happen
  11. Pred: Tein suspension are damn hard, even when they are stuffed, i will give you a demo in my car next time i see ya. Champinco: When my suspension blew a seal and had a worn shaft (just like yours probably has) my mechanic took them to a place called "Cruise Tune" in Dandenong. I didn't pay for the repair as they were only 2 weeks old from JMS. JMS are the people that recommended them, apparently they send all their suspension repairs there, even though JMS are based in Sydney. They done a great job. You should get both your front suspension done to match them up. Be warned though, as they can sometimes be hard to get in contact with, as they do alot of track testing for race cars.
  12. My car may not be ready by the 27th, i will see ya next time! It is 500km overdue for a sevice, and i want to make sure it has all the A1 fluids b4 i give it another hard, but definitely fun, day .
  13. I too owe you $5 James for the stickers i collected on Sat. at MAS. I would also like a SAU t-shirt - One size bigger than Jack's (Jagr33) should fit me (if he ordered a L get me XL, etc.) How and when can i pay ya, i prefer to pay cash.

    SAU Stickers

I AM STILL WANTING A SET!
  15. Kev can you also e-mail me all the details for the 27th [email protected] If i come i will leave the 19's on, as they were pretty grippy on the skid pan This is an event where grip works with you not against you
  16. How much was it? And i assume it was held at Calder. Great to hear it was worth it.
  17. Just trying to help: To make it more obvious, post in "wanted to buy". Something titled "URGENT: Need stub axel or a bent wishbone!!" This way anyone selling parts can see what you want. Wish you all the best.
  18. I still want one of each! Great work!! Just a question, no critasism intended; Is the text on the side of the cap going to be stretched wider? This will make the web site stand out a little more. Either way a GREAT piece of work.
  19. Pm me the second question so i wont forget, i will get the address of where my Tein suspension was reco'ed. They did a good job and were not too expensive. You should do the pair, ie: if one of the rears blew, do both rears so that they will be matched.
  20. Where is this?As long as Ash is NOT leading with directions, we should be fine to meet there, otherwise give us an extra 5 hrs to get there via Shepparton. :)

    Tyres

Well my tyres got a great endorsment from a driving instructor at the skid pan last weekend. I have 275x30x19 hankook silica tyres at the back and even the instructor was having a VERY hard time keeping the car sideways on an oiled and wet track. He was very impressed with the grip, and i was impressed with his comment .
  22. Welcome buddy and hope to catch up wit ya this weekend, and a few others i have not meet yet.
  23. I can't make it on thursday, due to work commitments , but if ya need an extra pair of hands just pm me. Otherwise i will catch up with you at the MAS. C ya and good luck to all! Alan
  24. I will be in! (hopefully i wont be working) Great thinking there Gordo!
  25. Try and get a group buy happening, i will definitaly be interested. I have heard that braided lines, a firewall flex stopper, good pads and top rate oil will dramatically improve your braking and void the need to change your rotors (when increasing performance is increased).
