  1. The GTRS is NOT the GT2535. But due to the very similar power delivery, HKS dropped the GT2535 once the GTRS was released. Are you claiming to have 250rwkw with those mods, on the std turbo? If so go to another tunner, as he is pullin' your chain On the other hand; Very neat and clean engine bay, looks awesome The GTRS is rated at approx. 380hp The GT3076 is rated at 500hp Two totally different turbos with different power curves. The GT3076 is also a great turbo, but will be laggier than a GTRS, on an rb25. In fact i have just purchased the GT3076 to replace my GTRS, as i am doing an RB30 coversion and the GTRS would have been too small and would have resticted the engine.
  2. Not sure what happens if the court doen't allow us to kick her out. And yes, his property is still required, had the house for 3yrs.
  3. Just use a hair dryer/heat gun, gently heat the stick, peel and polish area.
  4. Have you pulled the "t" off the "GTS25t" sticker, on the boot? Clean looking car

    Deca Review

Yet another great weekend Had LOTS of fun and laughs, even though my car is out of action. Hopefully in August it will make it's return. I will be applying pressure on my mechanic to make it happen. Great to meet alot of new faces, including the NSW bunch, a great group of people. Ray, no problems buddy, but i now may have placed myself in the firing line .
  7. Great to have met all you guys. Had a great time and hope you all arrive home safely and hassle free. See ya all next time. Richard you weak biatch
  8. "Legal Aid" is free for people on welfare
  9. Partly true. We have landlord insurance and whatever is not covered, could be claimed on tax, at the end of the financial year.
  10. So was it on, as i missed it
  11. In all honesty, my brother and i would prefer to be represented in court, by someone that knows all about VCAT. We even have all documents organised, as evidence, to show that we tried to work things out, and that we a good landlords. I'm just worried that her solicator will spin some bs and use some loop-hole to fark us. Then my brother is in danger of loosing everything, because of one selfish biatch. As i stated we are taking this VERY seriously, thus are willing to pay for good services. Sarah if you're coming to DECA i'll speak to you then, thanks. Ant: i'll call you soon.
  12. Thanks guys for your advice and comments. I have already started the process again, but am still pissed that the VCAT helpline got it all wrong. Her solicitor was pretty honest and laid it straight to us "claiming that she is a single mum, with a disabled kid (deaf)" thus the courts generally look favourably to her. But she has now refused to pay rent even though she had the cash. Bottom line: If she somehow wins, my brother (joint ownership) can't afford to pay the mortgage, and as his house is the guarantor for both our loans, on this property; I hope the court would prefer to have one farked up biatch on the street than a hard working, law abiding family, with 3 kids under 5yrs old. Even if we win, my brother wants out; so my only option would be to buy his half, or loose ALOT of money. There goes my track day aspirations GTR_STEALTH: Spot on! But for those that know me, they know my nature and how I try not to discriminate.................. lesson learnt Snowy: I WISH it was another ghost; much easier to deal with! And if it came back, i'd just convert the house to a tourist venue, enough freaks will be interested in it
  13. Nikki (BABIA) bought one off ebay. It feels almost as good as the C's, but my mechanic had to play around abit to get it to work properly (alignment).
  14. Anyone willing to double enter their car and let me drive! Call me on: 0427 076490, as i'll be in Bendigo tomorrow, all day. I'll return the favour; once my car is back on the road
  15. Top pics look great! Dave stop stroking it buddy
  16. Just to confirm: Yes unless they have been upgraded for bigger aftermarket brakes
  17. And i guess you can predict Melbourne weather
  18. I am currently having major issues with my current tenant. She has lost her job and has not paid rent for almost 2 months, even though she is getting welfare, etc. Following the advice of the operators on the Consumer affairs helpline we applied to vacate her. Unfortunately that advice was wrong, as the paperwork was done in the wrong order, thus the case was dismissed. After the dismissed hearing I sat down with her solicitor (Legal Aid) and agreed on a structured payment plan. The solicitor assured me that she had the money for the first instalment (about 75% of what was owed). Less than one hour b4 the pick-up time, I receive an SMS (from her) stating: "Don't bother coming to pick up the money". Attempted to call, but was simply hanged up on. Contacted her solicitor and he also had dramas with contacting her. I have just started the paperwork again, but this time I want to ensure there are no mistakes/loop-holes. I want to be represented by a solicitor, someone that has dealt with such matters, or at least well versed in these issues. I will of course pay for your/their services. So if there is someone on here, or if you know someone, I would really appreciate some help and service. You can contact me via PM or call: 0427 076490 PS: Hearing/Court Case will be held at the Sunshine courts. This is determined by VCAT and the location can not be moved. Thanks Alan
  19. Hey Tash, I have had a C's short shifter in my car for the last 4yrs (at least) and love it! The C's short shift is about 30% shorter throw than std, whereas the Nismo is about 10%.
  20. No car till August (i hope it's ready in August) For those that do not know Spiro, i have meet him once and he was a top and honest bloke. He also has a mean looking silver 33 with black rims (like Dezz's), looks awesome. Good luck with the cruise buddy
