Have you guys given thought to the spectating aspect and all that it entails yet Nathan? The line up for both classes at the moment looks awesome and I'd love to see some of these cars getting around the track. Maybe if this sort of thing takes off I might have another reason to help me convince the other half to let me modify the unregistered hunk of metal in the garage I'd just need to find the money first! lol

If anyone has a trailer and something to tow it with I'd be able to bring my line.... but otherwise, I'm out. The swift isn't gunna keep up with a bunch of lines

Actually, it doesn't cost all that much considering. A couple of thousand inc panels. And considering people are struggling to sell R33s for $13000 these days, it's a far sight less then buying an decent 34.

If I could get rid of the 33 I'd but it for sure! I love tidy 31s, and I think a great one like this is an absolute rarity!

So.... way back in 2004 when I was looking for a new car, and was really giving into the idea of owning a Skyline like I'd always wanted, I came across this vehicle that looked a cross between a Volvo and an R34. And I thought it was great! I mean, who wouldn't want a 2.5l Turbo, 4WD and all the convenience of a wagon right? But I was 24, and I hate manual cars..... and back then I had no idea of the convenience a wagon can make in day to day life. So, coupled with the fact that there weren't many around then, and I was still a little apprehensive to import on my first go, I decided to look at R33s instead. Scoot forward to 3 years down the track.... and god am I regretting that decision I mean, don't get me wrong, I love my 'line.... it's been a shitload of fun from the first minute I was in it. But these days, being in two bands, and trying to squeeze my bass rig in the back of a Skyline is a pain in the arse. Plus the fact that we have two large dogs and my girlfriend owns a Swift, it'd be really nice to take the pups for a drive somewhere. I only wish now that I didn't owe so much damn money mto stupid banks, or that my 33 was worth more then 11k le sigh....... just thought I'd share that with you fun lovin Stagea peeps just in case anyone needed reminding how lucky and clever they are to go with the bigger version. Anyone wanna swap? lol

Yeah same here. My flare is still in the holder under the dash, although it ends up on the floor from time to time because of my big-footed g/f I found an un-opened packet of tissues and the original jack and tools in the rear quater. And mine came with the original owners manual book and sleeve including the business card of the salesman!

Winter is over now!! I may still get one though.... depends on what a damn water pump and timing belt is gunna cost me and how little I'll have left after it

It looks as if that is the intercooler on the outside of the front bar there. So the pipes would be for that.

I'd love for someone to buy that to take to car shows just for shits and giggles....

I'm pretty sure moving the battery like this is considered illegal in some states, so I wouldn't recommend it to most people. Plus the danger if you ever got hit in the rear quater. I was considering putting my 10" sub in next to the battery sometime ago, but I ended up mounting the amp up there so I could put the boot interior back in and just having the sup box in the boot. Means I can take the sub out if I had to and you'd never know an of it was there.

So some of the newer model vehicles around that come with a factory option vented bonnet? Would that not make them illegal straight from the factory?
