a late model means the newest model available from that particular "model". a early model means the oldest model available from that particular "model". e.g an early model can be any old car 1980 1990 etc and latests any new car 1998, 1999, 2004 etc.

hey, this seems like a good buy. before i consider purchasing one, i want to know if the gearknobs have the H pad pattern on the top ? i havent got my skyline yet, but will be doing so at the end of the yr. this is gonna be my first manual car, soo i kinda need the H pattern to learn my manual properly(never drivin one before). the pics ppl have posted doesnt seem to have it. but can u confirm this ? thnx also, where about in melbourne are u located ? please pm me. thnx

well its mostly cosmetic difference. also i think the s2 have an extra 20nm of torque.

just a question, would the oil type k&n pod filters cause any insurance claim issues ? i know its legal to have 1 intake system. but im not too sure about the oil type filters. ohh, and the answer to this thread. apexi is the best pod to get, followed by k&n. some of the other well known brands have bad filtration.

his one was produced before august 2000. that why it retained the s1 look.

when someone else writes off your car. do u get the whole purchase value of the car ? or just the agreed valve from your insurance ?

gtr have wider guards.

its basically like the 15yo import rule cept u have to show evidence that u owned the car in jap for atleast 12 months.
