hey r34, i remeber hearing that speedworks could tune hks ecu, not sure if this is ture or not maybe worth giving them a call

they havnt run a d1 car in the japan now for 2years (if i remember right) i remember reading or watching somewhere.. they said we are going to foucs on the america market from now on

unfortunately its not only the adapter plate that comes in the kit, there are a few more things you need to do to get it working. if i can find the link to the webpage i post it up, one of the things i can remember is the throttle cable which comes in the kit

its not a bolton fit UNLESS you need to buy the blitz adoptor kit which cost around $800 this comes with everything you need to bolt on the gtr. also you will possible need an aftermarket ecu due to running the gtr fuel rail, injectors (which are larger than gts-t)

also, ive also read somewhere that the brake system in a street car, uses vaccum or something along those lines from the engine. and when running antilag, the sytem doesnt have any vaccum causing ur braking performace to become very poor

i have yet to run it as i had to sent it back to japan, to be rechip to work with the apexi powerfc. im running a hks gt2835 pros and get full boost around 3500rpm, so im hoping the antilag will drop it down abit

the antilag system i use work using this method: It will not fire one coil-pack per cyclical, so all the hot air and fuel is dump onto the turbo keeping it spooled up!

with the antilag unit i have in the book that it comes with it, it clearly states "that prolong uses on the antilag system will reduce the turbos life" i have yet to try my system, as when i bought it i was running stock ecu but never install it then i bought an pfc and install it but it fail to work, so it was sent back to GRiD in japan where they are rechipping it to work with the pfc

anti-lag... problem solved once i get mine back from japan, i will post how well it works

yeap it was RLS in usa a few weeks ago; not sure if its due to be rls in australia :S I have the jap one would be interesting to see it in english

hey, ive got a blitz sbc-id3 in my r33 so i can asnwer your question: 1) YES 2) YES 3) Not really sure I have my car tune without ebc then a few weeks later i bought the blitz unit and had a retune. 1st thing i notice it was the increase in responds it came on boost alot harder and faster (this was still at the same boost lvl as without the ebc unit) if i remember right i was getting full boost without the blitz unit at around 3500rpm (10psi) then with the blitz unit install i was getting full boost at 3500rwhp but with 16psi hope that helps also if u get the blitz speed meter you can set boost, at different speeds

yeap, its a jap brand they also make AFC (like safc)

go the nismo 740cc, they only work out to be $50 more (will it was in my case), that is like $8.30cent more pre injector
