aftermarket fuel pumps are known to be louder. i have a tomie and i can hear it from inside and outside... as guessing it would be the same with the nismo pump

if you are worry the pump is on the way out, take it to a local workshop and ask them to put a fuel pressure gauge on it. is it stock or aftermarket?

just to let everyone know i ran 14.3 with 185rwhp.. with no top end (rb25det with rb20 turbo it would drop off boost after 5000rpm) -(car(r33) had exhuast (catback and front pipe no dump) airfilter, clutch) so i think 13's is very doable with ur current setup not sure of the psi lvl but i know of a few rb25det running stock turbos getting close to if not hitting 300rwhp
