how about we all stop the ****ing bullshit and keep on topic ffs, Rossco, after doing some reasearch on fluttering i have found general its a bad thing, i have a hks sqv bov and it does flutter, general under low speeds. A friend also has a sqv on his s15 and it also flutter under low speeds. I know for a fact that one jap brand bov does make the fluttering noise, i think it may be blizt but i cant remember. But before you go and change your bov, think about this for a second; once replacing the bov it will results in your afr going abit rich, and may results in the car becoming abit slower (i will have to dig up the thread but one wa member memtion what affect changing the stock bov had on 1/4mile time etc) ohh ps. im not sure where stock bov are but i found that the s15 which had the bov just after his plenum (greddy) was able to get abit more flutter noise and before people say they arnt setup right well they are

if the radiator had no water in it, when he filled it up again did he bleed it?

i got a hybird copy aka china cooler 600x300x76, had no problems with it so far, i am running 12psi without a problem. I have been reading thou that the only problem with the hybird china cooler is that the endtanks are not as good as something like a gtr cooler

Hey tom, i guess with age you will find anything is prone to cracking, i had one of my water houses crack randomly when i was drag racing, During the rebuilt what was done cuz most likly they would have change the timing belt, as i belived it is requirment that you change them at 100,000km. Im not sure about the other belts, i have yet to replace mine but its a gts-t so may be different (but not likly) (my car has done about 111,000km) Im guessing during the rebuilt all new gaskets where uses on turbo etc so you wouldnt have to worry about replacing them

depending how much km it has done you may also want to replace the timing belt and water pump

ossie_21, i didnt tell her to **** off straight away at 1st i ask her what she said as i didnt hear her (which was my mistake) then she keep asking which person i was friends with, and i just didnt say anything tring to ingore her, she keep getting closer to my car, then finally she starts going off saying "tell me who the **** you are friends with" thats when i lost it and told her where to go
