rb26 plenum is not bolt on and requires alot of work and custom work done. Its pretty much an engine out job
-
nismo twin plate, would not run anything else in a nissan. Rate these clutch so highly! so a nice clutch and support power upto 600PS if you just buy the normal one not the comp one
-
+1 Having look into the best oil cooler available for the r32 gtr, i would go the trust kit, however there make afew design go for the one which mounts it in the passenger side, as it comes with all the ducting you will need.

Bnr32 Track Build
Kaido_RR replied to Kaido_RR's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
Well the track day was a fail, got to the track did one lap (59.7) and then notice the car was losing power in high rpm and miss firing badly. so jump off the track asap, stated to pull things apart to work out what was the issue, coil pack number 6 seem to be no working so that was my night gone (did try to tape up the coilpack but did nothing) Anyways next day, took everything apart and found it was infact the spark plug which was fouled. so replaced that and at the same time replace my coilpack harness with a new one i had spare and just put in some newer stock coils, all good and fix now -
Bnr32 Ignition System Upgrades

Splitfire are cheaper but still use the std ignitor box. However the Okada project required you to remove the std ignitor as each coil as one built in (like the r34 gtr) So i am guessing yes it is possible but you would need to get an r34 gtr coil pack harness and work out how to wire it in (guess) -
Hks Kansai tow hook only problem is the cost 12,600yen
-
Auto-one not sure if its the same for rb20 but for rb26 the codes are BCPR7ES, BCPR6ES BCP6ES and BCP7ES. Bcpr6es
-
can be done my old r33 still had HICAS too, 350rwhp stockish weight (1460kg if i remember right), 2way and suspension gear
-
mine rubs very alot in the spot i have circle, i am trying to work out if its due to having the hks i/c piping which pushes the 1st greddy pipe up to high
-
Just after some info from fellow gtr owners that run the greddy turbo side hard piping kit I am currently running one in my bnr32 with hks i/c piping kit and find that one of the greddy pipes sits to high and hits my bonnet has anyone else had similar problem and what did you do to solve it?

Bnr32 Track Build
Kaido_RR replied to Kaido_RR's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
thanks little updates just getting the car ready for another track day this week. blew the top radiator hose last week (dirty old one just split), so went and got myself new hose from nissan and borrow a mate water temp fitting so i could finally install my defi water temp sensor. Looking forward to see how it performs at the track with the extra power will post updates after track day -
thanks paul, i had a read of your website earlier and got abit confused lol. Was hoping to not have to go the EL hc as they are $400
-
Hi guys, I am wondering if any fellow gtr owners (r32/33) who are running a PowerFC Djetro. would be able to help me out. What i need is you to post the serial on your PFC and then the serial on the back of your hc. Reason i need this is i have a PFC Djetro (PFC GTR33D 020-0141) however my hc does not work with it and does not have a serial on the back so i have no way of working out which model will work with my pfc Cheers

Hi looking for a PFC H/C to suit R32/33 GTR PFC (PFC GTR33D 020-0141) Thanks

A Boy's Love For His Rb20
Kaido_RR replied to Roy's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
+1 GTR PLENUM FTW! just install my old blitz kit on another rb25, big job engine out etc but well worth it in my eyes, if i remember right right i was able to lower full boost rpm by 200-300rpm -
if i remember right i pay $300 ish for install of dejetro and injectors by hyperdrive. I was too lazy to install the sensor. +1 For HKS actuators, got mine set to 16psi (by pure luck lol) and my blitz id3 bleed it out to 19psi and holds it firm till redline with a set of gt-ss

Bnr32 Track Build
Kaido_RR replied to Kaido_RR's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
Update: Car was tune Very happy with the results car made 370rwhp @ 18psi. didn't try to push anymore boost as my injectors (nismo 600cc) are around 90% duty cycle. so not sure if the injectors are alittle old and need to be flow test and clean as they were used in my old gts-t track car (with gtr plenum setup) Power delivery is much better compare to the N1, lag is reduce and car pulls very hard, overall very happy with the result as i didn't want to push the engine too much as i want it to last. Few issue however, the H/C Supplied with my pfc does not work seems to be the wrong type (just freezes on start-up) so will have to look at getting the correct model. I used the o2 supplied with my gt-ss which were from an r34 however due to them being a different type they didn't work, so they are turn off atm on the tune. Also the tuner would like the car back when the weather has cooled down so he can just double check the cold start setting etc. So now its just back to the track and see how much improvement the upgrade will make on my time, the aim is to move into the low 57 (was currently on mid 58) Next on the less will be cam gears would will hope off doing them until i do the timing belt and do it all in my hit. Also need to connect the sensors for my defi gauges, unsure if i will go oil cooler or just buy a sandwich plate atm, i know oil cooler is a must for track days however i want something with ducting that will give good cooling
