  1. the motor is about 9 months old and i am going to get cam gears but before i install them i just want to make sure that everything else is ok. i bought the car about 2 months ago and it came with that dyno read out so i just want to see if anyone else that has these turbos is getting the same response as me
  2. when i say 3000rpm that's when it starts making positive boost (like 1psi or less) on my boost controller and then full boost which is 14psi at over 4500rpm to be honest i have a 180sx which makes at the moment under 200 rwkw and feels alot faster than this gtr there's no real surge of acceleration when on full boost it's seems like it's very liner power which is strange looking at the dyno sheet the car was dynoed with 16inch rims 225 wide does anyone know how to convert that to rpm??

Hi guy's the below dyno sheet is my car with r34 N1 turbo's is this how they are supposed to respond i do have the bigger N1's turbos C106/GT25 A/R 0.60/0.64. but it just doesn't seem like it's that responsive compared to other people's dyno sheets, with what i would assume are bigger turbo's. it seems to be much laggier than the gt-ss or could the laginess be caused by something else?? and what power are other people making with this turbo I'VE DONE THE SEARCH but have not found any dyno results for the 0.60/0.64 N1's as i am chasing about 350rwkw the mods on the car are ACL Forged Pistons ACL Piston Rings ACL Big End Bearings ACL Main Bearings Ported and polished head Stock polished crank and rods Bored and honed Block N1 Oil pump N1 Water pump Tomei Oil Gallery restrictor Gates timing belt New engine gaskets all round New Thermostat New NGK spark plugs R34 GTR injectors R34N1 turbos C106/GT25 A/R 0.60/0.64 New Rod bolts, welsh plugs Fresh paint on rocker covers 3" Trust Front pipe and Power Extreme II Cat back Exhaust 3" Metal cat Twin Apexi Pods Apexi Power FC & Hand Controller Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller Nismo fuel pump still to come Cam gears injectors That is 247@ all 4 wheels on 14psi.

Hi people like the title says do i need to change the dumps to get to that power and also what kind of gains are to be had by changing them??? how much does it bring lag down by 200rpm??? any help would be great my car has the following mods( see bellow). I am upgrading injectors and cam gears with this as well just wanted to know if i really need the dumps.   10. well as far as i know my turbos are the r34 N1's i don't know if there group A's by the way what rpm do you reach say 1 bar of boost, and do you have any idea when you reached 1 bar without the cam's?? Cheers anthony

  13. I checked the fuse that goes to the microtech and it's fine like i said there's definatlly power going to it cause the microtech dash works but nothing else on the computer seems to work Cheers anthony
  14. Hi guy's My car won't start i drove down the road from work and stoped and when i tried to start the car 5 mins later it just wouldn't start. My microtech dash is blank the shift light comes on but there is nothing on the lcd display i checked all the fuses and that seems fine then i checked the microtech computer itself and the only light that's on is the green light on the computer, it's a LT10 microtech by the way, even when the engine is crancking just that green light stay's on any help would be great Cheers anthony

  16. Yea finally but i have to change the clutch and after that i can really enjoy it. By the way guy's the turbo's that i have on it are the bigger r34 n1's .6/.64 so how much power can those turbo's make??? also when should i see about 1 bar of boost with these turbo's Cheers anthony
  17. To be honest nismoid i didn't do the rebuild i bought the car with all that stuff and it was making 250awkw on 14psi so i don't really know what rod bolts ere used. but the do usually upgrade them don't they, when they do the rebuild?? Cheers anthony

Hi people just wanted an opinion on how muck power my car will make, the rebulid has the following and i intend to put 600cc injectors and camgears to increase boost response. so please tell me your opinions and what would be a good rpm limit for the car as well as how much boost do you think i should run her on?? Well i'm sort of leaning towards either the white or black ones. the silver ones just don't do it for me. the good thing about the black wheels is that the dish stands out allot more, and since I'm getting the deep dish on all wheels it would look howt and i love the white wheels the only problem with the white wheels is the damn break dust which means very high maintenance. Hi I have the same problem in my r32 gtr with r34 N1's (the .6 series turbo's) it start's making boost early, bout 2300rpm but it builds boost very slowly after that. i have a metal cat and standard dumps with a full 3" zorst behind that with all the supporting mods. i am really looking at fixing this problems so if any one has any ideas please let me know Cheers anthony

Hi people I've got all the supporting mod's with the above turbo's i.e fuel, computer, cam gears (Standard cam's) ect do the dump pipe's make a big difference or will i still see about 350rwkw with this setup without the dump's Will it help spool the turbo up earlier as it is slightly laggy with full bosst hitting at about 5000 rpm (1 bar) and if so how much earlier will it bring full boost on. the reason i want to know is because i'm on a very tight budget and i'm going to tune the car in the next couple of weeks so should i invest in the dump pipes or will the standard r32 dump's do the job?? Well at the moment full boost is 1 bar but after i change injectors and cam gears full boost will be around 1.3 bar. so any ideas when i'll be seeing full boost?? also since these are the larger (.6 front and .64 rear) N1 turbos what will be the max power i can get with them??? before it becomes inefficient Cheers anthony
