overheating = bad, not only for the alloy head but also the turbo. i hope it isnt anything too serious, like head gasket. do you know if your water pump is moving? do you have coolant in your radiator? is your engine clutch fan working?

i used ultimate, because its mostly avaliable. bp now converted all their LRP tanks to ultimate, so now you povo bp station have ultimate. i use ultimate because when running it in my old bike (2stoke) it ran better then optimax. i do not notice any diference in the skyline between bp and shell. the only difference anyone would notice is its detnation properties. trust me, unless u get really shit fuel, you will not notice the performance difference, unless its 2 stroke. only way you can tell if its better or not, is if it pings or not. you might get better ecconomy out of a certain fuel. maybe try stick to that fuel and reset your ecu. then see what your cosumption is like.

let it soak in wd40, keep spraying it ever couple of hours. then hit it with a screwdriver. is it a hex bolt with a philips head? if so, get out your ring spanner and try undoing it while someone else turns the screwdriver. the nuts on my turbo heat gaurd sheared off, and yes i was doing it the correct way, i think the heat had jsut made them solid.

lol yes BOV are legal as long as it dosent go over the emmisions value of your year of manafacture. your allowed any gear knob as long as it does have sharp bits on it. your boost controler is legal. as long as you dont go over the polution value of that year. your allowed any pod filter you want. and it dosent ahve to be in a box or anyhting, as long as it dosent make more then 90db, and dosent make ya car go over EPA values. im going to give em hell.
