Update : $21,000 1997 Model Series 3 After a long drive this weekend my front N1 turbo has started making noise and this morning I pulled the front pipe off to check the wheel and there is too much play The turbos were the only things that were never changed and installed by the original owner in Japan so we were never sure how many KM's they had. The wife thinks I have intentionally done this so that I can upgrade the turbo's and keep the car but unluckily this is not the case. If I have any interest for my GTR as is then ill let it go otherwise in January ill upgrade the turbos and then decide what i will do This is good value for someone which wants a cheap GTR R33 1997 Series 3 with a complete Forged engine. You can either replace the 1 N1 turbo and at the moment there is someone selling 2 on eBay for $800 ono and installation can be done by yourself as its not hard or take it to any mechanic and guessing it will be less than $300 since it will not take too long for the front turbo to be replaced. ($300 is only a guess so please check with your mechanic first). Im glad it happened to me the seller as it would suck if it happened to the buyer so in one way it is good it happened now but I have to cut my loses and depart with my R33 GTR and make the wife happy again. Thanks mate, it was actually a hard decision as i had many plans for this and have put a lot of money into it but cant handle the complaining anymore so time to sell. My wife was very upset after i sold my 350Z and wants me to get another one. My favourite has always been the S3 GTR in Sonic Silver as well which is why i tracked down this one when i was looking.

The wife has complained for the last time and i would prefer peace so its time to sell my Series 3 R33 GTR with 280awkw (19psi). Here are the specs. Paint is fantasic with only 1 very small mark. Interior is great and everything works. Wheels have been dulled by the last owner deciding it was a great idea to try and polish them so they would need to be polished properly again to make them look like the great Blitz wheels they are. Rego runs out on August 2011. It was tuned by CRD and they stopped at 280awkw because the boost controller being a Greddy didnt like going over 19 psi too well but they advised with a better boost controller it could easily get more since the engine had no problems holding that boost. It is currently running a little rich due to this. The only problem with my GTR is that the rear ABS sensors failed and i have replaced them with R32 GTR sensors as this is all i could find but they are slightly different and dont seem to work. I will glady buy and insert R33 GTR sensors if you find them so that you can see all is working but all the wreckers i checked with seem to only have R32 ones ? I am asking $24,000 (due to incorrect sensors and dulled wheels)

most enjoyable cars i have driven. 1st - Lambo Gallardo (not me driving in this video) 2nd - R35 GTR with 330awkw (Very, very Fun to drive) 3rd - Ferrari 360 4th - RX3 Twin Turbo as it scared the crap out of you everytime you opened it up ! (no traction even when hitting it at top end)

Hey Eddy, Is that Wetherill cops that keeping pulling you over? Can i ask, is your R34 very low or very loud? Can they defect you for anything ? I understand your point as i used to get hassled all the time by Wetherill and Green Valley cops but only because i was always in Race Meeting places and my cars were stupidly low or loud. Since then i barely get looked at and i have had an R32, 350Z, EVO 8, RX8 all with mods (exhaust, wheels...) but they are never too low and never too loud when cruising and i dont go to race meets anymore. but in regard to others who state that they need a good reason to search your car that is true but very easily made up. i got pulled over many years ago and i asked why they needed to search my car and the cop said that they suspected we were hiding something as we all were acting suspiciously and they thought they saw my mate in the back stick something down the back of the seat. None of this was true as they just wanted to hassle us and see if we were hiding something. Rob

hi mate Sucks what happened to you as i hate people who try to rip off forum members. Going from his website his name is Peter Walker from Nunawading VIC..... and i think if you look closely at the pics on his website you can sort of work out his number plate and also there isnt too many Walker's in Nunawading so finding his home number shouldnt be too hard either ? Hey, Turbo is a Garrett GT30R and just under a year old but has not done many KM's since i only drive it 3-4 times a month. (Weekends only) FMIC was installed by AutoTech Engineering in Granville and is 300x600x75 in size. I bought it when it was first imported so I am the first and so far only aussie owner. Thanks
