Mine has both modes..... Quiet mode I use it when its night esp at home. I chip it when i get into the car or out of the car if i park it in the city or places where lots of people are there, so they know it is alarmed.

Just came back from a national park run.. down that windy road... 1st time.. with 1 car and a few passengers.. was going so slow.. hehe...35-40k/hr. Got to the end, "T" road, and did a U turn as I was lost then.. lol... kinda scarey turning off all ur lights for a 1 sec or two.,...

not really sure what coilovers... The rears I had NP6 coilovers, they were crappy and were leaking. Not sure about condition of the fronts. Im not in a hurry since im kinda low on cash.

I guess no one does it since who wants to get stuff or car stolen. Maybe its for the lazy people. And definately a revenue hunter for old or forgetful people
