Do you have the plastic bit under the drivers side? Under the steering colum, the plastic that covers the fuses and the wiring under it etc.. $10? Driver side floor mat? Power steering pump? (Just want a rough est on price) And if you are wreaking engine (though I doubt it) CAS Whole unit. Cheers -

Hi! Ever since Ive had the car the steering is very tight. Takes alot of effort to turn. Its like I have no power steering (But I do, ive checked the fluids all fine). When I turn the wheel it requires alot of force to actually turn it. What may be the reason for this? And dont say its coz im weak blach blah blach. Everyone who drives my car says its tight. Could it be Hicas? or something?
