Hi all, after comming last in the xmas cruise and comming home etc... I noticed the car has a noise comming from the engine bay. Sounds like its comming from the engine? Sounds like pinging/knocking? Anyways im not sure whats the go here. All the dials and everything seems normal, ie when i accelerate, stop and etc the car "seems" the same as before. Just that when Im out of the car, I can hear the noise comming from the bonet. This is at idle. Ive recently changed the use of petrol from BP Ultimate (Due to shortage) to Optimax. Using 2nd tank of Optimax. Also ive changed oils from Mobil 1 to Motul 4100. Any tips/advice? PS. Taking to mechanic tommorrow

OMG.. damm.. I still have half a tank of shell optimax.. Though I do get better fuel eccon with optimax, but less power compared to ultimate.

wtf ur car was running 14PSI with the FMIC? Did do u have a boost controller or a bleed valve?

90dBA is limit. But your can is very stocky. Hardly loud at all. Lets cruise to your house

Ah that sux... You mean the rubber strip between the top of the window and the door thingy? or the plastic between the window and the door (ie. when you roll the window down that plastic strip) Try justjap? or someone selling R33 parts?

Yes and apparently in WA they had a sortage too, how just only recently this week they said they have some stock now. Wonder where it came from ? Oh and this outage of Ultimate is for NSW & VIC, I reckon ACT too. Lets all go for a cruise to WA to get some drums of Ultimate! Optimax is shittymax. hehe
