so just found myself with another Y31 Cima By the looks of it has been upgraded to the R33 NA rotors and brakes but I was looking at going for 4 pots as my spare Cima is now likely going to be used for the track. also wanting to do a 4 stud conversion on my new road car to fit some old skool Rays 3 piece alloys I have. So am attempting to fit some 180sx hubs today Will hopefully post pics soon, but just wondering with upgrading to 4 pots will i need an adapter if I use the 300zx rotors

Any chance you might have some more details on shimming up the long nose R200 looking at doing it at the moment but dont have part numbers to order stuff of Nissan and havent found anyone else on here with any info on doing it.

Hey, if you dont want it I will take it. The Y30 looks oldschool. Would look phat with my nice dishy 15's on it I have a Y31 Cima, and Love it. Got some nice JIC coilovers aswell, but havent tested the car out with them in as yet. If it has a VG30, it should have the same gearbox as a 300zx, I think it is a RE40..... or something a rather. Gearbox definately has potential for drag use that is for sure.

Seat Rail For Cefiro?
SideWaysChef replied to international B's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
I have a set rail off my Recaro millenium if you are chasing a seat rail. Will pull it out and measure it up if you like so you can work out if it is low enough for you. Was made in japan so got no idea on the manufacturer -
Yeah, Seen the VQ30 stuck into a R32 4 Door......is indeed a conversion worth considering....easy power.

Sourcing A Junction Produce Body Kit?
SideWaysChef replied to E-Z's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
import monster.... unless you get a custom job done i just bought a set of JIC coilovers for my cima been lookin at kits on there sometimes you find some cheaps ones but I would expect to pay a bit -
Yeah I did I still havent fitted them. Had some issues with new bushes. I will have to stick up photos as it was a massive problem making nolathane bushes fit on the lower control arms

Yeah they have similair if not the same caliper as Ceffy and s13. I plan to chuck Z32 calipers on mine... I know no one in Australia has probably attempted it but the Cima is heavy as and definately needs a brake upgrade. I have seen GTR calipers on a set of Y31 cima front coilovers do you reacon new rotors will be needed or is it possible to use the original rotors

I would look at ignitors....I pulled them out of mine and all the carbon rods were totalled. Otherwise put some F10 fuel treatment through ya car aswell if it has been sitting for a bit. I would love to do a VQ30DET conversion to mine...I was also thinking about putting in the twin turbo VG

E-Z call me back man. I really need these parts....and I am waiting and waiting. If you haven't sent them yet then I need my monies back!
-
Is about what my Ceffy pulled...but that was probably due to TOmei 2 way LSD had to get my Speedo calibrated when I first got it because it was out by 10 KM

Still chasing an exhaust??? i When I got my Ceffy imported I went straight to a exhaust shop slipped them some cash($150) and got them to make me up a rear muffler section to keep things quiet when I took it over the pits. It should bolt straight up to your system...take about 20 minutes to install and save you alot of hassles. Is actualy the muffler off a BA falcon so is a 2.5" pipe from memory. I sold my ceffy but I know Ken wont mind you borrow the stocky looking rear section as I am sure he prefers the 4" cannon GImme a call on 041 994 6415 if you wan organise a pickup time. Exhaust is located in Padbury(Joondalup)

Stock cima airbags suck balls Ill see if my mate steve has any aibag parts left, but yeah, I would be trying import monster for some cheap coilover replacements. Alot less hassle than re-fitting airbags
