Hmm glad someone brang up this topic i was seriously considering buying one but it aint eactly going to be much use for drift with little response

I try to get a camera and get some pics of this mod cos it seems like it is a real money saver specially if your car is just a drift hack anyways

Was just wondering if anyone had a stock ECU lying around i could borrow for 15 minutes I have a funny feeling my ECU has been chipped as my ceffy wont run properly on BP ultimate just want to do a quick swap over before i hunt around and buy one anyone able to help me out as i was quoted $880 to remap my current computer by hyperdrive, and thats a little outta my price range

Is good to know there are vented gaurds made locally am so interested in getting these(when i fix everthing else going wrong with my car) how exactly did you go about spacing you factory guards RiverSide i need to cover up my rims badly as the cops realy hassle me about them as they are so noticeable

My mate just split the airbags in his Cima he ended up getting adjustable coil overs custom made to suit for $2200 install is probably the best option as installing and aftermarket airbag setup will cost over $5000 and second hand parts are likely to fail again

My car has become a rooted unit and i desperately need some parts was wondering if anyone has some spare knock/detonation sensors lying around aswell as the coolant temp sensor with 2 pin connection would be greatly appreciated please pm or call on 9258 3645 and leave a msg

yeah pretty much hey my rims are 7 1/2 inches is f**ken annoying keep having to borrow stockies when i get a yellow dont think the offset really helps me any either apparently you are only allowed to increase the Track of your car by 25mm which is stuff all my rims increase my track by like 2 inches if not more

Atmo BOV will get passed at the pits, as long as they do not produce to much "noise" which is totally up to the discretion of the inspector just disengage the BOV when you go over the pits resulting it the noise coming out through the air filter all muffled just make sure you get a permit for it and on that note, if you have a permit mod, dont keep the original in your car as the cops have a tendancy to rip them up

i think i will give it a go aswell have always done it the other way though and its always worked

they are held in there pretty tight your best bet is to find the biggest hammer you can possibly find, the best thing is to use a sledge hammer with a shortened handle put the nut on the top of the tread just to cover the thread a bit so it doesnt get damaged, and then SMASH THE HELL OUTTA IT and it should pop out eventually...

dont think it is really fixable will just have to live with it i guess

I am totally keen on doing a twin charge set up on my rb20 it sucks having no power before 3K my brother works at toyota wreck so was thinking of grabbing one off a 4agze or something similair was going to set it up before the turbo but was thinking i might need to remove the aircon or something to make room for it

yeah, i have a half cage gotta add more to it though to stiffen up the body a bit more

yeah, do that mate mine didnt even come with a stone guard, but i knocked one up easy as would be even easier with one to use as a template to get all the holes right first time round has saved my sump alot of ripple strip damage

You could try nissan but it would be f**ken pricey I made my own out of a sheet of aluminium and it works a charm, and is never likely to rip off

Just wanted to have a good old bitch about a yellow sticker i kindly receieved from an unmarked police vehilce last night. Was travelling home along south street, well under the speed limit and a ute in front of me is tearring off into the distance obviously speeding, so and unmarked car pulls out from behind me and begins to give chase. until.. they pull up next to me and spot my lovely import car and decide that it is more worth their while to pull me over cos i am obviously not breaking the law i just cant see the sense in them pulling me over when i havent even done anything, and someone is clearly breaking the law, right in front of me anyways, just thought i would have a rant and see if anyone else has experienced this kind of stupidity from the LAW

Was wondering if anyone could have a look at their roofs on cefiro's with a sunroof and confirm something for me I recently noticed a slight crease in the roof running from the back edge of my sun roof to the outside end of the car was just wondering if this is moulded into the roof of the car, or if i have bent the chassis of my car at all?

Not really sure mate I think it would as mine is on an aftermarket section of pipe from the throttlebody
