  11. Paul a few factors make it legal, material is the big one, CDS or cold drawn seemless steel is the easiest option to make a cage with, as chrome moly and ally need to be inspected and signed off by an engineer.. other than that the cams rule book describes in detail different cage designs and whats legal, you can add extra bar work in to your desire, but it must comform to the regs regarding clearances and the like.. as a side note a lot of the jap bolt in cages are not legal, and cusco are the only brand i can think of that make legal cages, but not all of there cage models are..
  12. Aside from maitland, Kim ledger at LF has just employed Brad stacey who's also pretty ace at cages..
  13. just us cows
  14. moooooo
  15. With little choice, its a police state here, ironically, they'll sticker a jap import for stupid reasons, yet a smokeing POS with bald tyres and rust throughout will drive on by and not get a second look
  16. yeah theres a few blokes with cash, but the other issue with building it, who the heck is gunna use it, being an international track it'll be farking expensive to hire, and really 1.5 million people here equals bugger all when it comes to motorsport fans, especially something not powered by a ford or holden/chev v8, or doesn't involve footy, drinking beer and pounding the crap out of each other.. no one would really give a toss, heck, they put the farkin football semi final on at rally australia, the ONLY international rally event in the country, so they stick the farking football on the super screen..
  17. Fairly sure the guys at SW should be able to help out.. give them a buzz 9242 8888
  18. mmm hi and bye people, to much work to do *sigh*
  19. 28 thousand post later, your beyond whoring..
  20. Don't get me wrong, the idea behind it is fantastic, waneroo is ageing baddly and needs a lot of work done to it, which is slowly bit by bit happening, and another track would be tops, especially an international standards one, but the guy behind it doesn't have a hope in hell, has no money and really, i seriously doubt he has any of the backing he claims to the idea is great, the person pushing for it, is bad
