  1. I have the Nismo Gmax 2 Twin plate in mine. I also upgrade the Clutch line (Nismo Braided) and the Clutch slave cylinder (Nismo Enlarged slave cylinder). Clutch is lighter than the stock one now, easy to use, suprising almost silent (no rattle) and really bites when you need it to. Couldn't be happier.
  2. Hey Bday James!
  3. Pretty much anytime is ok for me, just need some notice.
  4. I would offer mine, but something always comes up when I nominate for something like this and I have to pull out. . . . .
  5. Yeah, don't like your chances. John looked into that but if you saw the custom headers that had to be made to squeeze past the chassis rails then the turbo option quickly evapourates. Thats why he went down the supercharging path.
  6. Yep, NAR33 has already dropped one into a R33 GTS, and just recently added a supercharger. It is a very tight fit, but obviously does fit. Sounds pretty special
  7. woah, I need some jerry cans then
  8. I was out at QR recently and a fully prepped Evo 7 Targa Tas car was out there, he was a little under 1 sec a lap quicker than me. There were a few modded Integra type Rs out there, they were quicker than me on the straights, but my lap time were over a second quicker. On equal modification level you should have there measure. Oh and Roy, here is a list of the different layouts at QR to help clear up your list a little
  9. Yes well written. I did hear a little rumour a while a go that an area of land around Kilcoy way had been successfully rezoned for motorsport use. . . . Can anyone else verify this. Would be great to see Lakeside back up and running for club style events and sprints though. . . . . And Darlington Park for that matter.
  10. I agree. . . . For the price, they can't be beaten, and you know they have been proven.
  11. Well they do have a steel intake wheels and ceramic exhaust wheels. My room mate bought a set off a friend of mine when he changed to 2530s on his 2001 Vspec II, as his 32 GTR spat its turbos.
  12. haha, would love too. But I just can't bring myself to do it during these months. . . Call me soft
  13. Yes, but lets be honest with ourselves. . . . The cars which feature at the autosalon are not really drivers now are they. Never seen so many cars getting pushed in, arrive on trailers and get reassembled just for the display. But that is cool, that is what autosalon is all about, they are show cars afterall. But I liked the fact that our stand was full of cars that you will see REGULARLY at Q.R., Willowbank, Darlington Park (before it closed), on cruises, dyno days, parked at the local shopping centre, hell mine has even made an appearance in Sydney, and they still cleaned up ok. Modded with a purpose, not just for show. But that is just what I like.
  14. Either am I. I have never even been to one before, but got asked to be a part of a club display, tried to avoid it but got roped in eventually. We are there just to tone down the rice a bit
  15. I am always keen for a track day, especially on the weekend during the cooler months. Anything between March/April and Sep/Oct I am usually up for.
  16. haha, I try. Well I figure I can't get anyone else out to the track regularly so I would try and beat them at the own game . It cleaned up ok. . . .
  17. Just thought I would put a little post up to see who is going this year, and have a place where people can post up pics and comments. I some how got roped into putting my car into one of the club displays so have just finished 9.5hrs of detailing! Fingers, hands, arms and back are sooo sore. I don't usually go for these types of events but I am sure it will be a bit of fun. We won't be the flashiest group of cars there but we have a nice little mix. Hope to see some faces there!
