  1. I am with you, W.W. shockabsorbers have been around a long time and are worth a look, ever since shockreco changed hands it hasn't been the same, I certainly won't be returning.
  2. Doesn't matter what type of car it is, import, oz delivered, custom street rod, classic, they are supposed to check the VIN and engine numbers like Oz said, to verify them. Just incase you are trying to be dodgy. . . .
  3. R33 GTR :- HKS dual dragger exhaust (with 2 cats), Nismo type s panel filter, stock computer, stock boost = 197 kw at all 4 wheels
  4. hmmmm, looks like I won't be able to make it now either Next events are :- June 18 - Clubman Sprints July 16 - SAS
  5. Yeah, just spoke to Neil. He is most impressed now that it is all tuned, give him buzz Ben.
  6. No, sorry. I should have said in my previous post that I won't separate.
  7. Will be a good day, I am only running the sedan so feel free to come and beat me
  8. Fronts do, and it does lower the car a little. Rears don't fit however.
  9. For all those who like to drive their cars hard and legal, I have a proposal for you. This Saturday a few friends and myself shall be attending the Saturday Arfternoon Sprints at Queensland Raceway. A great day of hard driving in safe, controlled and legal conditions. All the details can be found here :- http://www.queenslandraceway.com.au/ Its a great way to see what actually need upgrading on your car, and most importantly if the driver needs upgrading  . Hope to see some SAU faces out there!
  10. I didn't think there was a test'n'tune tonight. Next one is Saturday, correct me if I am wrong. *EDIT* HAHA, I shall correct myself, there is one tonight, but I shall be at home watching the origin. Probably a good night to go as it will probably be very quiet, with alot of people staying home to watch the footy.

    Help Me!!!

I am still cool if required.
  13. I am pretty keen to meet up sometime and have a look and chat about the accusump setup. I have the trust extension sitting at home but the effort and $$$s in pulling the engine to do it is really killing me. I want to get out there now! Next time you are going to the SAS sprints let me know and I will come out for a look. I really don't think I will ever be able to make a mid week track day, not for a while anyway. Just started a new job. . . Congrates on the times btw.
  14. Saw Mr 57UND on Lytton Rd late this arv
  15. I got one of these delivered last week with a similar experience to ecl only on an R33 GTST sedan. 5 mins to install, great very clear instructions and the promised result of 10psi. And for an added bonus I went to a dyno day today and with only a catback 3" exhaust, R34 stock intercooler and the magic 10psi and I recorded 176rwkw. I am very suprised at the result as there were a couple of stock 33s there that recorded the expected mid 140rwkw for comparison. Big thumbs up. Also there was no detonation but the car was quite rich . Big thanks!

  17. I hate to be a pain Erin, but I start a new job Monday and I am pretty sure I am expected to work Saturdays so I might have to pull out. I will let you know early next week. Apologies.
  18. This almost seems off topic now  but I got my car back today, front bar repaired and a couple of N1 slot chucked in for a different look and a little more airflow to keep those temps down. Finally my car is a scratch free zone again!

I can make either of these cars available if you want. I have done a couple of formals for friends and sister's now.
  20. Was good to come out for a little look see, hope you all had fun afterwards
  21. No worries mate. I don't think they will be going anywhere in a hurry
  22. I fitted a R34 gtt cooler to my r33 sedan a few weeks back now, I was lucky enough to get the 34 ducting for it as well which, with 1 little cut, squeezes behind the series 2 front bar nicely. I was interested to note you said the boost was higher at around 2400rpm. I haven't had a chance to put mine on the dyno yet but I thought it felt like it had a little more low end torque. I just thought I may have only been dreaming, can't wait to finish the exhaust, only cat back atm, and increase the boost to around 10psi. Some simple, cheap, stealth mods, I like The only small issue I had was refitting the inner guard, as the 34 cooler hangs a little lower, it made refitting the inner guard VERY tight. Seems to be all hanging together though it is under alot more tension now.... P.S. I have a few pics of the install on a series 2 R33 in my gallery....
  23. I will keep the SAU QLD sedan flag flying
