  2. Guys, just took the diff out to have a look at it, but can work out what diff it actually is, hope someone can tell me by the pictures. Cheers
  3. RB20det R32 gtst with RB25 turbo, 189rwkw @ 1 bar (boostworx) on a 38 degree day . Not big figures by any means but good enough for me.
  4. Not necessarily true. Before my speedo cable let go, it was working perfectly, no shaking or bouncing, it died suddenly. And I got it fixed, got an aftermarket one installed profesionaly and now the sucker is bouncing like crazy. Oh well.
  5. Cheers Slimjim
  6. ^^^ ok dude we got that! now back on topic, anyone send me a PM, please
  7. Can someone send me a PM with the meet details, I hope is not to late Cheers Ric
  8. ill give you $200, have you gotten a quote to fix the turbo?
  9. When you have a Mechanical LSD, arent the wheels suppose to spin at the same rate all the time though???
  10. People please, it is not the wheel alignment as I said before, I have had 2 wheel alignments in the last months in 2 different places, and nothing has changed. One tyre gets bold, everywhere, gone, on the metal while the other one is still on the indicators, to give an example. Roy, fair point, ill check the thread and the ride height, who knows maybe thats the problem. More ideas welcome, getting sick of this. Cheers Ric
  11. As above, preferably in Adelaide Cheers Ric
  12. how much for the as new condition only, willing to separate? PM me cheers
  13. yes thanks guys, car has been wheel aligned recently, so thats out of the question. Any other ideas?
  14. I have noticed that at the rear the drivers side tyre gets bold a lot quicker than the other one, and before you say open wheeling, it is leaving 2 marks on the ground when you spin the wheels. I have no idea what it could be, it has to be something diff or drivetrain related but cant get to the bottom of it. Somehow seems like the drivers side wheel is spinning faster than the other one. Has anyone here had the same problem before? Any help appreciated. Cheers Ric
  15. ^^^we'll try that for sure. The thing is that I dont have much power in my car so I I set it up that way to help out to loose traction easier at the rear. However, with the new mods the car is putting out a bit more power now and I could tell today that the rear was just way too loose, but before I could so anything, I snapped a drive shaft and that was the end of it, tow truck home. Cheers Ric
  16. that BS, you gave them away for $700, they are worth around $1200 with decent rubber in 17s, so ill say $900 mark for 16s
  17. ^^^So, would changing the damper settings for the back, would give me more grip at the front?
  18. Yes I have strut brace front and rear as well. The swaybars are F27 R24 thats correct, I have them set to soft on the front hard at the rear. Coilovers are ISC F10 R8, mid to soft settings in damper for the front, full hard for the back. Caster is 6.5 degrees both sides, toe -0.01 both sides. I will check to see if the lower arm has the factory rubber bushes. I assume they would be the rubber ones since I havent change them, unless someone did it previously in japan. I would hope that the "second kit" will be a lot cheaper, than the normal kit since its only half of it. Hopefully is not too far away to get those kits so I can get that little extra adjustment that I need. Cheers Ric
  19. I am running the whiteline swaybars front and rear and also 10 and 8 coilovers so you tell me how I am sticking a bandaid over the problem. Now what I want to know is if there is a Whiteline kit that comes with inner and outer offset bushes? because this one came only with outer. Cheers Ric
  20. Well SK, I am sorry to say that you are terribly wrong, I speak from personal experience and salad here can back me up on it, since he helped me out putting the bushes on. I can believe that you go around telling people that the whiteline bushes give as much negative camber as any other aftermarket arm, when we couldnt get even -2.3 degrees from them!! People if you want decent negative camber, DO NOT get this bushes you WILL waste your money as I did. Cheers Ric
  21. Is good for 2 things the : "Fully sick set up bro! " factor and.......hold on thats it really.
  22. Shaun is a great guy, he would explain everything to you over the phone (when possible) go through things, give you options, top bloke. I take my car there always to get it tuned.
  23. ill give you $200 for the front camber kit
  24. oh yeah, found it!! they look allright, I think you have to order them in though. 4-6 weeks wait
  25. Willow.... Do garage-13 have a website? thats cheap as! SK....was jsut having a look at the whiteline catalogue for these camber kits which is the part number im looking for? the only one they seem to have is only +/-0.5 deg. which seems extremely low adjustment, any help would be appreciated. Cheers Ric
