Hey Jay I just have one question about your info on the members site... what exactly is R24 Bayside Blue... is that any different to R34 Bayside blue... it just I'm sure it's a cool colour... is it anything like a Maxima blue... you know... the colour you get from DC motors favourite Family car??

It looked Jap Racer... very very cool... but now he has big shinies... and it looks pimping... very very cool... have I mentioned that Squizz's Cefy looks very very cool!! actually other than Nismo and Jishwa every one of us Spankers has over 17" wheels... most of them being 18".... that is very very cool... very cool...

Yeah it is definatly a sweet sight as that young aussie battler hangs the arse of his Commodore out, and in desperatation grabs his blinkers as he magically comes smoking out of the corner in a blaze of tyre smoke and a small dab of fear... it is almost music to my ears... such a sweet sight... That is true Jay... but then neither do most of us... I was impressed with Zebal in that VL commodore... he had that thing pretty sideways... talk about Aussie drift... impressive.... and we have hurt that young VR driver bad... I don't think he knew what a handbrake was.... now he won't stop yanking on it to get a bit of 180 deg action happening... hey I guess there is no easier way to turn around in a hurry... But they were really giving it their all out there!!

hey shauno... there is no great trick to getting your flywheel off... although I highly recommend that you have a mate on hand so that he can help hold the Flywheel in place... Just make sure you are pulling the socket at a neat 90 deg angle to the flywheel... the only time that the socket will jump off and reck the bolt is when you are pulling at the wrong angle... believe us... us spankers know about pulling at the wrong angle and how much it can HURT!... but it is definatly easier with two people on the job so you don't have to worry about holding the flywheel...

Jay could you be talked into running the Cefiro at a Motokhana... I mean dorift event... no i'm sure it is called a bitchumen Motokhana... and it would be pretty fun to see the cefiro bagging in up... Actually we should get Dev and Rick and Willo in on the action... it would be fun to have three GTR's at the motorkhana... It would make it interesting to see how they went compared to the lighter and more nimble 2WD's.... hmmm I think it should be done...

Oh... and Jay I openly admit that I might be a tiny bit out of practice with my Wet Dorift action...... we only see rain once a century up here... new turbo, injectors and a health spot of 9 Pound boost as compared to 6 pound meant that the Silvia was just a tiny bit more sideways in the rain than normal... BUT IT WAS FUN!!!

Hey and there was definatly a Skyline at the Drags with NOS... however a very good source also said that it wasn't all it should have been... maybe a bit more tuning or something required... but someone should definatly keep their ears to the ground on that one because it could be something to look out for...

Hey that Motokhana sounds like fun... I don't think that I can afford the entry fee however I will hopefully be cool to go down for a look... anyone else interested?? I wouldn't mind entering the one in Gracemere if it was a bit cheaper... it would be a good blast...

actually talking of fun I heard that a certain big dollar GTR got it's arse handed to it by one very budget SR20 in a Stanza... that's what I hear anyway... aparently Theo got chopped big time by the Stanza of Glen Hooper... you all know of Glen... he has the $4000 stanza and is a Microtech Wizz Kid... It definatly puts the big dollar GTR to shame... although I'm tipping the Stanza isn't quite as Circuit friendly as Theo's GTR... imagine trying to stop a Stanza from 300 Kph.... scary thought in my mind...

it'll be nice going as quick in the day as in the night... oh... and the microtech might happen one day soon... I was running ok MPH and hopefully with a good traction run... a good tune, including microtech install (happening by my Bundy Mate as soon as the cooler kit happens) aiming for a 12... although it'll be harder than it sounds... and then the real fun begins...

he he... I think your Val might need some bigger sidewalls to get the traction action happening... 18" wheels smoke like no tomorrow... I'm almost through a set of Nankangs already... it is a downer... they are cheap but still a little more expensive then 16" Feds... Hey... Another question for all... Does anyone know if there is a Skyline getting around Rocky using Nitros... A mate from the Automatic Shop told us that they filled a bottle (the automatic shop fill Nitros bottles : shamless plug ) for a guy in a four door Skyline that was headed to the Drags... now take this as a ruff description because he called it a GTR... but then said he didn't know that there were skylines other than GTR's... so if anyone knows if there is a Skyline running NOS on the weekend... or what times he/she ran... please post your info...

the rumour on the street is that at the next test and tune at benaraby we might have some double GTR action... although I think rick should reconsider and go down as well... Willo vs Dev vs Rick... now that should be neat to watch... top entertainment as far as the FRIs go... actually I think if we all hit the scene a bit we could make a fairly good impact on the Drag Scene at Benaraby... as long as the camary wagons don't beat us!!! that must have been annoying to all the Import racers that weekend... an auto Camary wagon taking home the win... anyway we might have to put a stop to that...

Hey how did everyone go on the weekend... Beneraby had a big meet... did anyone enter... I was going to enter the 11 second Silvia (just jokes) but I had already planned a HUGE five rocks trip... which was awsome...

Hey... did everyone know that at the end of the August there is a Club sprint- saturday and Drift Meet- Sunday at the Ipswich Raceway... It should be a awsome weekend and we already have plans to have a few cars entered... hopefully pete will have his rev monsta back together... and the Cefiro is just begging to be driven hard at a track meet... at the moment it looks like we will head down Friday and home monday. For anyone interested contact Jay or myself and we will get you exact dates and we will hopefully be able to convoy down... It should be an interesting trip down anyway... oh... and expect a stop at Broadwater Carpark for a perve...
