well to give you the facts i work in a dealership thus all parts are genuine so i didn't know that jayair supply them thus why i asked. next time just answer the question without being a smartarse.

it's ok the workshop i work in is certified and i'll have someone there who is as well so no problem disposing of the gas or regassing as we have the machine to do so i just need to know where i can get the parts.

i want to convert my air con to R134A as it was imported as R12. Does anyone know where i can get a conversion kit with new reciever dryer and pipe fittings to do the conversion, i'm sure someone has had to do this before, i don't want to know where i can get it done as i'll do it myself just where to buy the parts. thanks in advance for any help

anyone know how to repaire cut aerial wire to get a good connection for the radio, i heard there was like a twist together plug you can get or someway of connecting the wire and the shield without causing a bad reception. thanks

absolutley agree it was a great day except for the accident on the freeway on the journey down blocked the whole thing we had to turn back and take the pacific highway but we took the scenic route of it which was much more fun. got me a t-shirt and laynard as well and some good pix. well done everybody

does it happen all the time or only above a certain rpm? also i agree u should use a turbolite oil pref MOTUL and always replace your filter when u do your oil, if it's stuck try a oil filter wrench there are many types.

there are two white plugs behind there but neither look the right plug to fit in to it. i am not sure what brand it is it came out of a 180 front cut but if i get this plug from a pulsar and run power to it like you said from the 3 places then it should work hopefully

i got one of the stock cd plyers that sits under the cassette deck in replace of that compartment and all the plugs at the back line up and it plugs into the cassette deck by the thick black plug but theres also a white 4 pin plug that supplies power to the cd unit in the back of it but theres no plug in the car does anyone know how to supply power to it if u have converted it over before, plus when i went to wire in my band expander i bought it wouldn't range further than it did before i'm not sure if i did something wrong but it's seems pretty straight forward or is this due to i put a cd player in that wasn't in before? any ideas appreciated

i was there lat night too, i saw u there RSTME but i didn't come over i didn't know it was your car, next time i will. what happened on the run where your car got tail happy about half track, nice save from the wall anyway. it was a packed night for cars anyway some nice 32's and i'm always a big fan of the rotor's. i go usually every week anyway so hope to see some of you there sometime.

i dont supose the climate control panel will just go straight in and replace if i had the only style button and slide across panel one in already.

anyone know if rear tie rod ends on 32 gts-t with hicas are the same as the front or will be hard to find as i need one.

yeah i got the new VIN number and on my rego it says at the bottom (modified as per engineers certificate number blah blah blah) does anyone know where i can get a copy of this certificate or can anyone check their rego papers and just tell me what is written in the compliance date section. cheers

my skyline is due for rego soon as it only had 3 months put on it when i bought it. it was complianced and registered by the dealer i bought it from but when i got one of the guys from work to check it over for rego he said he didn't know what to right in the compliance date section as it is not fitted with an aus compliance plate. it has the new VIN number plaque on the firewall but do i just put the month of this year for when it was complied or not. plus i found a document about compliance plates on the rta site that said vehicles 15 years or older do not require a compliance plate. im sure everyone else has been in this situation with an import before so what did u do? thanks

i have an 89 r32 gtst and when it revs from 3500rpm up theres a chattering noise coming from the rear of the head it seems. it doesn't do it under this rpm as i can hear and not affected by load on the engine just revs. has anyone else had this experience before? thanks for your help
