DSF is cancelled this year mate due to the Ruler of UAQ dying... there are SOME sales but its not advertised....no way near as wide spread. also - DSF goes from Mid December to End of Jan....by feb you would have missed it..

so many now in Dubai hey - they look best in black imo. i saw one black with painted black rims and it looked nice and tough - much nicer in the flesh...looks like a space ship - the only problem is when parked next to Zondas, Veyrons, Koeniggseggs etc they tend to lose a bit of their flair...

some photos from exotic cars..just so u know whats for sale in the 2nd hand shop. i live near Al Aweer showroom where they sell the convertible zondas/veyrons and modified supercars etc. These are the bunkies that are parked outside that cant fit in the showroom. at one point they had a gallardo, SLR and about 10 modified Kleeman/AMG Mercedes out here and Hamann M5's, AC Schnitzer M6s. all u need to do is see an autotrader here..hilarious cars in there.

man ive lived here 5 years now, u sure it was winter? right now its about 18-20 degrees and this is our winter...no way is it 30 in winter...maybe in november it gets that way..but december onwards it drops bro.. u can get cheaper hotels than 250 - but they will be in Bur Dubai or Karama (i.e. Shit areas)

i dont get it ..you have to be an afficionado to buy the car? you have to know the full history of nissan and the GTR? shouldnt the pre-requisite be that you just have to have the 170K or whatever? i dont get this whole attitude that the more of them u see the less cool they become - or you wont like it because an older man drives it... its a great car - if there are more of them it just means more parts are available and there is more aftermarket support.. mass production is a good thing..

if have to disagree with that 100000000% - i agree the car looks very nice in the flesh, however the banshee scream of a ferrari V8 is ALWAYS going to trounce a nissan 6 cyl im sorry. there are a few GTRS here now and yes they are quick and look nice but they do not sound great at all. nothing on a 360 stradale or a F430.

wrong mate - current record up here is now 55 million Dhs ($18million AUD) for the Fujairah plates "1" bought for the Pegaso Bugatti Veyron (1250 HP Veyron), owned by a Ukrainian oil merchant who lives at the burj al arab (worlds largest hotel - hes paying $20,000USD per night for a room). Abu Dhabi "1" plates put on an orange Pagani Zonda F was thought to be the most expensive after an auction as this was a public listing - the Pegaso Veyron plates were private sale. Plates here are ridiculous - the Veyron cost 5 million DHs here - the plates were 55 million. 11x the amount of the car for PLATES. in Dubai good plates cost more than the car... like many of the people in this thread - i think its hte biggest waste of money in the world...
