L8RSXY saw your car in hot4s. looked fkn nuts. looked like u had spent some serious coin on it too $$$$$$. i was interested to see how quick it would go down the quarter you squeezed 207 kw in n/a form very impressive. i wonder would you have spent less on the engine if you had gone straight for a s/c or turbo instead of n/a mods and probably a quicker 1/4 time too? is forced induction next on the menu?

  5. i'v got the tein super streets which are excellent for mostly street with light track work. however additional sway bars do harden the ride and make them an excellent track option. i know people with the flex's and they are a better track setup for our cars. theyre a lot harder. better for track not so good for street.
  6. as mentioned in the original post the car is stock. the cars "geometry" has been set up to handle the stock 16" wheels that were issued from the Nissan factory floor. so 20s will not do at all for this setup.

  8. yes the new GTR comes with 20s. but the gts-t originally came with 16s i wonder how 24's would go on the new GTR. my guess is not so good.
  9. seriously if every single police officer in the whole of australia joined a single car hoon crack down team and handed out 100,000,000 defects they would not even put a pin dent on the modified car scene in australia. its a losing battle thats costing too much money for the state government and honestly barely puts a dent in defective car owners' wallets. best off pushing the funds elsewhere into more dangerous crime stopping initiatives like anti-drug and anti-gang violence.
  10. fullee sick 20s bro unless your planning on entering your car into a show (which you very well might be) don't even consider driving around with them on the street. i'v never understood why you would compromise handling and grip in a sports car for cheap lebo looks. my mate had 20" vault cyrstals on his R33 gts-t not only did it look shiit the ride quality was completely fkd.
  11. it looks like a GTS-T anyway you cant see original GTR fenders on either front or the rear guards GTR front/rear fenders would interfer with these flares unless the front and rear quarter panels were replaced with GTS-T parts.
  12. don't mix n match body kit parts people can tell and they look shiit. go the full explosive kit.
  13. forget the R32 the R33 that followed was built as a much much better car than the R32 even though they are a heavier car a few cheap suspension mods will improve its handling ten fold. the RB25DET is a ripper with loads more torque throughout the rev range and a smoother power delivery. The engine is 500cc bigger, has a higher compression ratio 9.0.1, variable valve timing on the intake, and a higher flowing head. The Turbo and intercooler are also slightly larger. its basically a better car. and cheap mods make them fairly quick. straight line 0-100 speed is excellent my R33 on my gtech did a 0-100 in 4.9 seconds on a fairly flat surface with only ~205kw standard turbo semi's on the rear. simple bolt ons and a cheap remapped ECU gave me a 50% power increase over standard.
  14. it is exactly the same as this front bumper here. The standard 400r front bumper you see on most gts-t isn't an original copy the lip is shaped differently. This front bumper on this GTR is a genuine 400r front bar and same one that is on my gts-t. i still havent seen this front bumper on any other gts-t in the world.

  16. lol GT wing has since been removed and replaced with a D Wing i know. it came over from japan with the wing on it. just never got round to removing it.
  17. get ready to be taken up the #@@ the epa do the full works inspection the car must be taken back to stock they will pick on everything and anything. save yourself the trip of having to go back there again.
  18. i think we're commenting too early. we have to see one in person pictures sometimes don't do cars any justice. i think seeing this car approaching you on the opposite side of the road would look like one mean mu'f**ka. and i agree though some wider wheels would look good
  19. whenever i see a 350z cruise down the street whether it be an 08 model or a 03 model i still eye it out. they are a timeless design as is this 370z. nissan have nailed it on the head again.
  20. shanus saw your car in hot4s. that rear seat sub/amp install is hectic. you put a bigger turbo in that bad boy yet? is it a daily what do the cops say about it when they pull you over?
  21. my cousin did up a VX SS commodore extractors, clutch and 100hp nitrous setup. ran a 13.3 on street tyres. not bad.

  23. if you want cheap excellent coil overs for light track work and mostly street, buy the Tein Super Streets have been proven time and time again. not sure if they seperate the parts though (front and rear) why dont you save bit of extra money and go coil overs all round? whats your reasoning for putting them on the rear only???
