  1. something i did that allowed me to run 11 psi constantly was to bypass the standard actuator, run a hose from the turbo actuator to the inlet pipe and put a "T" piece between that hose venting to atmosphere. with the other small hose that would join the stock boost solinoid i just blocked with a bigg ass screw. all this does is change the pressure, so the wastegate opens later rather than earlier. it sounds tricky but really is simple. I'd show you a photo, but my car got pinched so all ican do is try to explain it. If your car is backfiring and overfueling, id suggest you take it to nissan and get them to run a diagnostic on the computer and see if that shows up what could be the problem. I had a similer problem and Nissan did that test and i had a faulty Knock sensor. once that was repaired the car ran sensationally... Loz
  2. No no alarm or insurance (6k a year in NSW to insure the car)
  3. ***** $1000 Cash offered for info leading to the recovery of my car****** Hi guys, About a month ago my car was knocked off from Bundall. Its a Silver R33 95 model 17 inch Lemair mags standard looking HKS Super Dragger exhaust Has sticker on lower part of bootlid reading "www.japanese import parts.com" Rego: ANQ 63G (nsw plate white background black letters/numbers) Please if you hear or see anything get in contact with the police or call me 0418 648 064 Cheers guys Lawrence It's probably parked on the side of the road, when they ran out of fuel. Maybe it's in your street, or on your drive to work/cruises. the giveaway is the sticker on the bootlid. other markings are kanji on the quarter panels, and a orange rego sticker on the passenger side of the windscreen. "warning this car frequently sideways" sticker on the rear windscreen, and if they left my stuff in the back seat, a washing basket full of odds and ends, shoes, jackets, cables... all that house moving sh*t you accumulate towards the end. Cheers L
  4. yeah so do i. they could have at least thrown my personal belongings out. It sucks to think that they have clothes and shoes and various household things of mine.

    Stolen R33

Car recovered. Found in a shopping centre car park. Taken for a joyride, they damaged the ignition barrel, and wires but apart from that it's ok. I have yet to see it in person, this is based on what the police have told me I'll let you know more as news comes to hand Loz
  7. The light coming on shows that there is a problem with the sensors. HICAS kicks in after 80kph. so if the light is coming on that means that the sensors either in the steering wheel or the sensors on the wheels dont line up. My advice is to get the steering wheel re done and get someone to check the angle and camber of your rear wheels. If the light is constantly on then there is a real problem, usually the car has had a aftermarket steering wheel on and had it removed before selling. So if you can, remove the steering wheel and check the sensors, or take it to someone that can do it. Check your fluid levels too. Cheers Loz
  8. Try over $2000... that is what i got quoted nearly 12 months ago. It may have gone down since that time. Yes that was from Nams Electrical L
  9. Were all the bits on your car? Did the F COn V run your vehicle? Im very interested, just need to know some finer details
  10. Was all the bits on your car? Did the F COn V run your vehicle? Im very interested, just need to know some finer details
  11. They say (they being the Engineers) SUPER HICAS provides a sharper turn in ... which might help flick the car out faster then help in the control of the steer. Remember HICAS and SUPER HICAS only move the rear wheels up to a max of 1 degree Hicas moves the rear wheels on GTST's 0.7 of a degree
  12. If tyhe light does not come on, and the fuse is ok, id say everything is ok. does seem odd that the codes come up and the light stays off.
  13. maybe one day people will get it.... one day.......
  14. Do you COD im in the country (near Tamworth so it might be easier to COD it here If so PM me ill take one
  15. is it more like a metal squeek sound? There is a spacer located between the bottom AC tensiopner... might be your problem was mine Loz

  17. My guess would have been yes but you will over fuel to the max.... but it is a guess
  18. Yes change the water pump.... have alook what mine was like when my car overheated
  19. I heard the GFB (Go Fast Bits) range of BOV's are good. I run a Blitz BOV old type and i like it. Requires a bit of fiddling to get right.... I found i had to completely remove the stock bov, block off the hole and the return pipe and it worked a treat from there, just a few play's with the adjuistment screw..... and PCHHHHTT!!!
  20. Sorry to hear that.....Pentae When will people learn... this is why you DONT DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!!
  21. Full Exhaust from Turbo back.... $150
  22. Tight fit.... or should that be "toight fit mate"... anyway It was similer size to the rubber hose and slotted in, i just did the clamps up real good and tested with bag to see if there was any pressure loss... (none of course)
  23. Yep other wise there is pressure loss... I just cut the top wood bit off Dad's shovel and used that to bung the hole.... and tightened up the clamps
  24. Exactly... That's why the Super Dragger is 3.5" and has a 5 inch tip. Make sure you get a 3" cat or bigger if you can.
