After many problems, finally starting to get on top of the build. Latest tune was 380bhp on about 18psi. - Stock injectors - KKR 480 - Back to standard cams and VCT. Final tune still to come, when all issues are resolved.

If you Hicas light keeps coming on when its shunting then could but some air or chunky PS fluid in there. Just get a big case of PS fluid and undo a connection at the rear...top her up and drain it at the same time. repeat at the front somewhere. If the shunting feels more like the engine miss firing, then it could be something else all together, and I would point you in the way of the place in my sig. Can give you ideas but thats about it.

Welcome back. Sounds like could be air in the lines or a bit of a clog...mine used to do it, could do with a flush. SCC09 is on next weekend. Should get along, many of the old crew are still around.

Yeah you could do mad skids with that.... But seriously. KKR turbo, new dump. PFC Pod and cold air induction. FMIC. fuel pump fuel reg tune it!!! Don't even worry about injectors, you don't them to get 350bhp, just get them cleaned.

Is your catalytic converter blocked? That can cause less air flow and less power.

We can trade washing....I reckon mine will be dirtier though!!!

Started a month back. (car is not driven daily) - requiring more power to keep moving, ie increased manifold pressure reading on boost gauge when driving at 100. this causes the turbo and car to run hotter. Thought it was the turbo causing this but turbo has been replaced as the front bearing collapsed, and it is still doing it. Whats its not. - Manifold/boost leak. I have some ideas. - CAS issue - timing issue. Will be getting hold of tuner. Just wondering what you peeps think. Cheers.

Yes done it....still working out if the money was well spent, could have had a seriously tuff 20 with the money I have spent on my worked 25. Get a front cut if you are going to do it.
