  1. To raise the issue again. The purpose of a supercharger on a skyline, would be instant power correct. So the issue is how to attach a supercharger of whatever size etc (worry about that later), into the skyline system without distrupting the turbo set up. You might have to move the turbos, or maybe not. The question is how is it set up? In parallel, possible but dangerous, or can it be run off another separte system and ducted in which is possible, but does anyone know more of the technical side, on how the air flows?
  2. I think Rhino's suck rancid tuna from POLL'S arses..... Cause polls are tops and rhino's arent.

  6. Ok. For starters does anyone knows anything about twin charging, and does anyone know of anyone who has heard of anyone doing it on a skyline or any nissan say rb engine? Was having a brainstorm this night and thought it would be an interesting topic to look into. Ta.

  8. ok so i put in another one, not a new one, and my prob is fixed, just got to service my auto now :S....i am going to pull apart my old afm and try to fix it, see how i go. I will post my forth coming findings.
  9. Ok guys i have a r32 auto rb20det....umm i have been having the same probs....i was running a stock air box and it has had the prob and i am running a k&n pod atm and it still does...i am running irraway7 plugs in it, new oil, filter, fuel filter, i have clean everything, the acc value the air reg, the throttle body, the turbo. People say it could be the afm, the fuel pump earth, the lack of octane in the fuel, firty fuel.....atm it is not constant. If i dont drive it for a while then drive it it doesnt really do it...i was driving it for 3 days before it did it on the weekend. Other the a pod...the car is stock...i am going to put a aftermarket BOV on it sometime as well.......I will change my afm tomorrow if i get time and see how it runs with that....and i will pull apart the old one and have a look at the connections....any other ideas from anyone would be good.
  10. yeah mine does when i push it.....i think i need mine serviced...anyone know how just a few pointers please would be good.
  11. yeah a r32 gtst would be good....rb20det one.....i have a jap manual, but my japanese is a few years rusty. i dont think it is a service manual more like a car one.
  12. Yeah man thats what my importer said. Yeah but sometimes it does not just limit the revs but like cuts out at the 2500. and sometimes it will limit it. I wiped my ecu and it still does it though. So has annoyone got any other ideas. Lang: In simple mans terms, the loose wiring in the loom...where do i find the loom? :S
  13. i have an r32 89 rb20, and yes it is an auto. It had sort of the same prob. kept stalling on me, it still does. but yeah cruisin down the highway it would just cut out...and the kick back in and be fine. The other day it just kept stalling and when it would idle i would try and rev it, when it got to 2500 it would hit like a rev limiter and just back off..and then it would stall. So i would let it sit and it would be fine. But does that explain why it wouldnt do it all the time, and would it be why it does it when i am going down the highway?? EDIT: Someone suggested it could be the crank angle sensor....but the air flow meter sounds interesting....i reset my ecu and it was good for the rest of my trip, so that might be a temporary solution.
