  1. M35 averaged 9.69L/100km in the last week. Lowest was 8.00L/100km between Mildura and Wagga Wagga. That includes 3 days of city driving around Canberra so I'm pretty happy with that. Return trip was a bit thirstier due to head wind, more overtaking and.. urgency.
  2. Looks great! What size tyres are those? They look huge!
  3. That looks the goods Scotty. I ended up locking the two nuts together. One came out easy but the other took plenty of convincing. I chucked it in this morning before work, hard to tell the difference sitting in traffic though..
  4. Yeah I was thinking about that method but not sure if it will work - looks like there is very little room to work with.
  5. How does one go about removing the studs with the nuts on them? 5mm spanner?
  6. I probably should have sourced a rivet gun before pulling shit apart. So I need to drill holes in the transmission filler mount as well?
  7. Just one other question Cam - what are the rivets for?
  8. Thanks mate. Might pull off as much as I can tonight then do the rest in the morning.
  9. Yeah I get that. I was just wondering more about torquing the bolts and whether or not it had to be completely cold to do it.
  10. Ok so cool to the touch is fine? Doesn't have to be sitting for the night or something?
  11. Just before I start getting into this... should the car be cold before doing this job?
  12. Forgive my ignorance but what is the point of the Nismo if you have the emanage?
  13. So one would be much better off with something like an emanage, tune and wire cut?
  14. The Nismo ECU's.. how do they go with economy? Better/worse?
  15. Finally took a photo of my trans cooler for Ryan. Ignore the white spray all over everything - I was mid way through trying to get rid of all of the bugs from the front end of the car and there was plenty of overspray.
  16. Yeah my dad is in Berri. Nice place up there, good to get away from it without too much of a drive. Front of my Stagea is trashed! So many bugs. Waiting for the sun to go down so I can give it a proper wash..
  17. Nah my old man lives up here. Heading back to Adelaide today.
  18. Just driven Adelaide to Canberra and back to the Riverland in SA. Hasn't missed a beat. Reasonable fuel economy too when I was cruising at.. signposted speeds.
  19. Nice one Ryan. That's what I'd like to do too - might need a road trip to a tuner to make it happen though. Agreed that this emanage is going for a good price, I'm sure someone will snap it up shortly..
  20. Going for different engine management or just not bothering to do it anymore?
  21. I've changed it back to stock for the time being. Driving to Canberra tomorrow now so I don't want to have it setup wrong for the trip.
  22. Thanks Scotty!
  23. I don't have a bleed valve at all, just the Blitz SBC and the standard boost solenoid. So from the T-piece to the stock solenoid I should use a new hose?
  24. Nope. Would be good if I did just to double check but you figure it'd be accurate.
