  1. Oh ok.. Crazy! That sucks for shipping
  2. yeah i'd suggest looking at "GTR sized" wheels if you want something that will look decent when slammed you will need to roll/maybe lip your guards though
  3. Sorry I should have been more specific. What is the longest part? Aren't they "broken" between the door jams? I'm guessing the one for the front doors would be the longest?
  4. Anyone know the dimensions of the weatherguards? (An approximate would be fine)
  5. Awesome, thanks for the info Grant.
  6. Ahh really? Awesome then
  7. Micah, worst case scenario I will get a mate to post some over from Japan. They are a bit on the pricey side (for a bit of wire and some plugs), thats why I'm just asking if anyone has done it themselves.
  8. Has anyone relocated their air cond/heater controls in their stag? i just want to move it from the top to the bottom of my din slots.. they make extension cables with plugs in japan but if it's not a hard job i may as well just make it myself...
  9. do the r32 gtr/r33 gts-t style brakes stop the stagea well? with a brake pad upgrade and some decent rotors they would stop fairly well, yeah?
  10. 2001 Mitsubishi Evo VII (Evo 7) 2.0L 4cyl turbo AWD Manual 39,500km's (rarely driven) Located in SA but happy to send interstate All fluids changed since it has been imported, and well maintained since. Standard except for heavy duty clutch and DVD/MD player, CD stacker and TV Screen. Keep in mind though that "standard" means a lightning quick car with Brembos, Recaros, 17" Enkei wheels and Bilstein suspension. Iron Chef Imports brought this car in - feel free to ask Kristian about it. New Brembo pads, clutch and tyres. I am selling due to buying property. It's an awesome car and I wouldn't be selling it if I didn't need the cash. $32,000 although all offers considered Contact me (Jase) via phone 0400263914, PM or Carsales. I haven't posted up my email address to avoid spam, but feel free to PM me and ask for it. Negative or pointless posts will not be replied to.
  11. I'd like a set.
  12. I'd have to agree with RSVFOURUK.. I believe the Autech cars were just ordered here and there, and then made to be what they are today. Makes it tricky to prove that yours is a genuine 260rs! There is chassis stiffening in the rear end, correct? Are there any different marks there at all? Different welds or something?
  13. and it looks sick by the way 5mm more.. how bad could it be? :laughing-smiley-014:
  14. Cheers Micah
  15. nah I haven't owned one.. I've got an evo 7 at the moment though. was strongly considering getting one but opted for the Stagea purely just because of the aftermarket gear that was available locally. Stock for stock the Legnum has more going for it but at the end of the day it's pretty much just personal preference on what you like the look of/to work on/etc.
  16. ok cool good to know
  17. r32 gtr and r33 gtst brakes are the same are they not? *disclaimer: i don't know my skylines
  18. I understand what you're saying Grant, I was just more so referring to how the Jap wheels are being made nowadays. The concave "GTR face" is all the rage, and you get this by having a low offset.
  19. GTR rims are 18x9 +30 and no rubbing? What tyres are you running? Grant seemed to think that a 18x9 +15 was going to be a big issue.. Sounds like a crock to me :laughing-smiley-014:
  20. bloody hell darrin do it once do it right, hey? good stuff mate
  21. Keep them in there I say. Where did you get it from? Import it yourself or buy it locally? Or did it come on your car?
  22. Sorry, I mean "GTR offset" wheels.. (hate the term, but you get the idea) The aftermarket ones.. The more insane stuff 18x10 +5.. That sort of thing.
  23. If you're looking at something that will clear the brakes I'd be considering more of a "race" style wheel, with a real concave look to it (in a low offset obviously).. like the GTR ones. Maximum clearance that way
