they fit.... r32 and r33 are exactly the same pcd and offset etc so i hace no dramas in saying they are the same..... im 99.9999999% sure

yeah warranties would possibly be an issue id say... fair enough they may wannat it for you but how long would u be without a turbo if it has to be sent to china to be assessed and send another one .... im in no way rubbishing these turbos... just really saying there is usually a reason why things are cheaper than the rest... like my dad says... "you get what u pay for"

and my garrett turbo which i bought new was made in mexico not china..... but id say they have several assembly plants all over the world cause they are a multi national corporation...

be carefull with these cam cause my turbo guy at the place u know of ( who i wont mention here ) has had a few turbos rom there come over for patrols and stuff like that... and they have had an overall failure rate of something like 85%... they even had one fail driving out the driveway after instalation..... i cant remember the exact place where they were made but id bet they are from the same place.... the main problem was bent shafts and excessive swarf left in the turbo upon assembly causing premature failure..... if u wanna know anything more about em go see who i told u to see cause they had one pulled upart on the work bench there and even i could see the problem.

i have a r32 gtst hicas rack ill sell for $100 plus postage... im in qld..... i cant offer a warranty cause it is from a halfcut but id say it should fine only done 68k in the half cut....thats another cheaper option for you anyway..... depending where u are freight shouldnt be too much by busfreight....

this is a very debatable issue as to weather or not it causes dramas with bearing wear etc ..... but after spending 2k on a turbo id hate to have a warranty voided by just wanting a "cool" sound.... its not worth it in my eyes.... but having said that ca18det's dont have a bov std and neither do alot of opther cars... but rb's have them for a reason and ill keep mine that way...

the sound u can hear is called compressor surge or compressor stall.... what it is is compressed air trying to come out of the air inlet on your turbo and hence trying to stop the wheels spinning... mainly cause u are using a small bov or no bov or have it set too tight.... this causes excessive pressure on your turbo and can cause premature failure due to excessive load caused by the stalling..... most cars will have a bit which is ok but if it happens alot and at high boost levels id look into getting a better bov.... basically what im trying to say is if u want the noise tighten up your bov or block it off though i dont advise this cause of the afforementioned circumstances.... dunno if that helps or not.... cheers Jon

my rb20 with microtech as a problem with the timing at the engine and the timing by the ecu are different.... hard to explain... but as they revs rise the timing at the engine gets more and more out of wack with what the ecu says it is... im thinking about trying another cas.... sounds like it could be something similar any ideas?? if i was u id also try looking and seeing what timing u have at the engine when this happens if possible...

he needs a r33 gtst rb25 manual gearbox..... with shifter etc for a r32 conversion...

whats the going rate for these and is anyone 110% sure they fit??

yeah erin i had a great time though i diddnt get to cruise with you guys which would have been fun but ahh well next time i spose... and the "YLD32" made it home without lunching another gearbox this time so im happy about that cant wait for the next one...good work!!

no tom what u SHOULD do is..... unplug and remove it... its actually plugged into a plug just below the carpet infront or under the passengers seat... hellow and white plug setup..... but what i actually did was i cut the fitting off the car and welded it into my new exhaust in the place where the car "should" be.... it cant be a bad thing to have i spose...

how low did the springs make the car??? any pics at all??

the loghts unfortunatley i am not willing to split but ill do the pair for $200 thats $50 off... i do have a clutch master but i was thinking that it would be better off been sold as part of the manual conversion kit.... then all ppl have to get is a slave and the box the cut diddnt have any indicators at all.... looks like im of no use to anyone eh i still have a heap of parts here but alot is under dash and dash parts and brakes and steering column and stuff like that but guys keep asking if u need anything cause i may have it and if i dont i can only say no..... sorry for not having the bits u were after guys
