are the gtr cams a direct bolt on swap??? would u just time the identically to std rb20 det cam shafts??? whats the gain like with these?? r32 gtr cams?? thanks for the info.....

dan i could do it for u but it involves a fair drive .... i used to be a car detailer... so i make em look as good as they can...

depends what it is that u wanna get off... if its the grimy grey stuff on the paint thats hard to shift... i have a chemical here i made that gets that off but if u wanna clean engine just go and buy a concentrated orange oil cleaner like made from citric acid etc thats usually good and mix it a little more powerfull than they reccomend but just watch the paint on the top of ur guards... what i do is wet the outside paint on guards bumper etc first then chemicals wont be so likely to attack the paint on contact....

if anything causes hoses to be come brittle etc its under bonnet heat and age...

when i worked at toyota we steam cleaned every car like mad even the new ones so no harm can be done... the worst thing can be water in electrical connectors which cause an intermittant miss for a short time..... goes away after half hour driving...

ps this is not a bragging post on my part.... im actually not happy with my cars performance hence the reason i posted this thread

hey guys im just wondering if i can compare power outputs for rb20det's with std cams etc but with things like a turbo,cooler,ecu,exhaust etc.... but im keen to see what ppl have done for good increases and what they have done that has not been so beneficial..... to get things moving i have a completely internally std rb20det with a ~500hp roller bearing turbo(int gate), microtech lt12 plug in ecu ,3 inch mandrel bent zorst with 1 muffler and no cat,hybrid 600x300x76 cooler,gtr n1 injectors and malipassi reg... they are the major mods and it has around 300rwhp on 1 bar of boost on a hot day...... its not a hell fast car at the moment but its enough to have fun.... the car is still very driveable off boost and has 1 bar boost by 3500rpm or so.... keen to see others outputs please be realistic with hp and boost ratings cause im using this as a tool to compare eachothers mods to help other ppl make decisions on what mods to under take if they wanna persue hp..... cheers guys Jon :flamed:

its a december `93 model so its one of the very last r32 gtst made... which ive been told is why it has the different interior... im not sure...possibly just a factory option...

im also willing to turn the car back to a nearly std car for less money if someone is keen... parts can be taken off to make it cheaper also...

i would usually agree Nexus but i actually loved the car and the fact that it was a fake gtr diddnt worry me at all.... a very tuff car and quick aswell...

i still have them yes and no i wont seperate them... they are a fully matching set..... sorry....these are like brand new so its not wise to break the set up...

i was very suprised the cops diddnt nail one of us..... also the purple 33 is NOT a gtr... though it did have me fooled... mainly cause it has flared front AND REAR guards and interior etc.... but its rwd and has a rb25 headed engine in it..... it was a great day and alot of fun was had by those who attended

hmmm yes quite possibly..

i can confirm a motorcyclist died down near hinz damn after he collided with a toyota hiace or similar..... the bike was a wreck and the van was bad also....wasnt a great sorta thing to see either BUT ON ANOTHER NOTE ...... fark i had a ball erin and james u guys shoulda come it was awesome man
