I think thats what my problem is the piping on mine goes from 3.5" down to 3" the rest of the way through way to much space there. Bring on the 3.0l bottom end

be good to see if there is a difference because I have the greddy plenum in my car but I did heaps of mods at the same time so I don't know if it made a difference or not. What size cooler piping are you going to use and are you going to up grade the throttle body size ?? why are ask is because ive upgraded the the size of the piping by like twice its normal size and got a Q45 throttle body and its like 90mm or something and the car is laggy as especially off the line, but when she gets to 4 grand she takes off Ill be watching this thread to see how you but I think ill have to get the 3.0l bottom end to fix the problem (I Need more cubes)

Dude I wouldnt start with 800 you will be there for weeks. start with like 80 and go up to like 320 ready for primer. Primer wont stick to 1500grit

Yep v8 shit tins. For the people going next Saturday. I was talking to col and theres a big meeting on the same day or the day after, so theres going to be a heap more shit tin V8's there getting in there oil down practices in. So be prepared for the wait. Well Put it this way I got there at 4:40 around abouts and from there to 8:30 I got 3 runs in and its only going to be worse on the 17th by the sounds of it what a waste of time

Yeah I'm pretty pissed to. I couldn't get it to hook up and I got 2 bad starts and Mr clutch was slipping a lot at the end. I was going to save up and get a triple plate clutch but stuff this I'm going to put the single plate Ive got in it for now and get it re-tuned so it will perform a bit better. 2nd I blew a hole through the exhaust on the way home some where i gotta find it this morning 3rd Im never going on a Saturday again its crap those shit box v8's kept doing oil downs and stuff like that. Even the line to get a drink was as long as.

That would be me by the sounds of it. I love the sound of it too I cant get enough of it I only had the bar off because there no way I would of got over that hump to get on to the dyno. Spewing about the power figure thou. Theres something wrong somewhere. I got 330rwhp ages ago with a lot of problems and clutch was one of them. This time 90% of the problems have been fix and cams put in but I got a lower power figure but the car feels a lot faster on sure of that. Ill say the std clutch would not of helped it in anyway thats for sure, Ill the car to gavan woods to find the problems, install the new clutch, and tune it and hopefully then ill be pushing 300rwkw's EDIT: And it only hit 0.55 of a bar on them runs. Thats the other thing I need fixed

Na I think col will run a mid 11's or a low 12 with the power hes got and the steet tyres
