Ahhhh, so that's why I haven't been kicked out of the social circle yet.

You'll probably need a tyre placard. Someone I know printed one out on a sticker you use for mail or similar and stuck it on (you need to get a scan or something of an original one) Your spare would have an 80kmp/h sticker on it if it's been engineered. Has this car been registered before? High mount brake lights are required on post 86 cars (from memory) if you don't have one, you can buy one from clints/the warehouse and stick it on your rear window. Wire it into your exisiting brakes (not too hard at all).
