  3. Got Dale's undercar brace bar & the Transgo Shift Kit fitted to my M35 yesterday.. What a HUGE difference in both the way the car handles and the gear changes. Absolutely loving how the car feels thru gear changes.. nice, strong, and quick!! No more lazzzy gear changes now. Also, cornering feels sooo much better, car is really planted to the ground in fast corners and front end feels 'together' now. Definitely worth every penny IMHO Huge thanks to Scott for the quick installation, Dale for manufacturing a great product, and Craig for supplying such a fantastic shift kit.. Great forum, great ppl Thanks guys!! Cheers, Chris.

  7. I have a set up for sale if anyone is interested Must admit they do look nice on em!
  8. Thanks guys!! Yeh, Grill is Dolphin, and front bar is genuine aero with the black inserts. The rest of the bodykit is from "Stage 21" Japan - sourced through IM. I think it is just referred to as "Stage 21 Bodykit". I really wanted the rest of the genuine aero kit at the time but couldn't find them anywhere, so opted for this. These are actually add-ons to the standard bars & sideskirts with a few modifications to make them sit right, but one the whole it turned out pretty good The rims are 19" Speedy Calibre's and exhaust is the 3" Varex muffler with Scott's piping
  9. Add R33 Standard Springs x4 to the list $50

  15. Yeh, know the feeling.. The paddles do tend to sit a bit low even at their highest setting. I'm slowly getting used to them!! Don't think I could ever part with my Heated leather seats though
  16. Saw a Black M35 AR-X yesterday lunchtime at Fountain Gate SC ~1:30pm. Plates were "H3RWGN". Looked tidy.. Nice ride!! Cheers,
  17. Noice!! Will have to try that out It's good to get some other feedback from other ppl that have 'em installed.
  18. I think they feel a bit better/quicker than selecting via tiptronic.. I have however found the rev limiter a few times now as I just haven't flicked the paddle firm enough
  19. Ahh, you've got her trained well Looks good!!
  20. Hahaha!!! He was scared that after driving it he would be getting one himself!! Did you end up getting it for a good price? Cheers, Chris.
  21. Well I finally followed in Spoolin12's footsteps and installed the Works-Bell Paddle Shifter Kit for the M35 from Tunersgroup Big kudos to Scott for installing them as he really did a fantastic job! Also a big thanks to spoolin12 for providing a well detailed 'how-to' post. Between following the how-to guide, the included instructions, and Scott's expertise, we had them installed in ~2 hrs The fiddly bits for the most part were trying to get that damn little white plug out that controls all the shifting, and the finite adjustments for the paddles that leave no room to swing an allen key!! but apart from that a great bit of kit. Haven't really taken any of my own pics yet, I will when I get a chance. Check out Chris's pics of his install.. pretty much looks exactly same as mine. Initial impressions are that it does feel rock solid as the main body attaches with 6 screws that bolt up to a metal backing plate behind the steering column cover. The paddles bolt up to the micro-switches via 6 allen keys on either side allowing adjustment for angle, height, and protrusion. It also feels nicely finished and of good quality with the carbon fibre paddles, and although the raw carbon looks sexy, I reckon you could almost get away with stainless steel, or maybe strong plastic to keep costs down!! As for the downsides, I don't have any really I do agree with Chris that it could be a bit higher, but I think it was initially designed for the 350Z's and adapted to suit the V35/M35's. Another small niggle is that sometimes my knuckles skim the paddles while cornering, etc. which I could probably negate with some tweaking.. Gets the thumbs up from me!! Would highly recommend one of these kits for our cars!!
  22. I'm in Melbourne, VIC. Postcode 3803. Cheers,
