so damned hard to remove LHR hub. got the 36mm hub nut off just now with huge torque (ie 115kgs of me leaning on 4ft breaker bar) cant loosen the hub itself tho hit it from all angles with hammer? how else to remove the hub itself? soaking in rusteze spray at the momeht need access behind the hub so it must come off (only this one, other 3 wheel hubs will be fine on the car while replacing longer wheel studs) must come off to install 50mm studs & new park brake pad. suggestions? -
help plz - trying to get left rear hub off my stagea (replace studs and foot park brake pad) undid the 36mm Nut with a breaker bar this morning, but cant budge the hub itself soaking in rusteze spray at the moment just keep hitting it with a hammer from various angles to dislodge it? having trouble, seems firmly stuck on.

1998 R34 Gtt - Adelaide **price Drop Again!**
Tangles replied to Damo_R34's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
could do the deal re: R34 / my rb26 r32 track car....... hmmmm -
you'll need r33 braided brake lines r32 lines fit fine with r32 calipers, so Im sure it'd follow suite to say r33 lines are what you need. Im using stock master cylinder and have no issues with pedal feel/travel. Track or road.

nice RS4S. I got a 36mm socket to take off the rear left hub. Got to get it off to replace studs and foot parkbrake pad. Cant budge it, phark! Letting rusteze soak overnight on the hubnut, then will attack again with a 6ft breaker bar! -
Engine Cuts Out For A Slit Sec/boost Issue
Tangles replied to pork hunt drifting's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
yup... same. compressed the tophat a little to make the spring slightly 'stronger' I wired in a FCD (fuel cut defender) to fix this exact issue on my stag. Comes down to more tuning required. The FCD allows you to 'cheat' a little with the tune, although if it pings with the FCD there arnt any safeguards left to hold her back a little, so be warned! -
bollocks I pressed Post once.

so, WB sacked Jason Akermanis what a failure of a club (my opinion).... there goes this years premership opportunity it's guys like Aker who make footy clubs like they want to be - ie successful, talked about, feared, hated, loved....- WB knew this 4 yrs ago and know this now, so what has changed?

Id go there but get a written quote from brett west and pay not 1cent more - still stinging tho 4.5yrs later after being hugely OVERcharged for a 100,000km service where waterpump wasnt replaced (went 'poof' not long after) I'll never go back tho

yeh I would have preferred to buy a Merida 903-18 from my local store (Tailwind Cycles, Morphett Vale SA) but came down to $$ price not working and not being sure how I will go with no knees it was paramount to buy the best value / cheapest I could find. took the money of my ever-growing morgage ! going to show the local shop the Hasa bike when it comes in, and see how it visually & physically compares to the merida 903-18. was happy to pay for the $850 bike, $20 tool kit, $130 mo-86 shoes and $50 peddles and get the clothes free. with cateye mc100 computer, cateye lights, rjay helmet, pump(s) and bottle/holder all up spent $1400 exactly hope to have the bicycle delivered by end of week. then will start slowly but hope to clock 100kms per week average for the next year we'll see, comes down to the knee-less legs & whether I can handle it or not

I would love to - however I cant fit in the seat aisles!!! not enough space for my long gogogadget legs, makes it extremely uncomfortable. by half time Im in a world of hurt. Just isnt worth it for me tbqh.

damn that bottom under-window wing looks great! attempting to fit longer wheel studs - wrong knurl size!!! M12x1.25 50mm long studs with 13.75mm knurl wont fit going to try 12.75mm knurl expensive $100 mistake -
thanks Ive paid for this second set already, $100 del. if these dont work will definately try J.I.S. - cheers oh, I torque them on with a nut rather than bash them on. got to grab a nut to undo the wheel hub bolt on rear LHS - cant insert new studs due to the parkbrake setup. nut must be 34 or 36mm !! now I need to see what nissans use 13.75mm knurl - possibly GTR/navara/patrol/"insert Nissan model here"
-
did anyone look at it, ask questions about it? did you give the address away to someone? may be random, may not be. best of luck mate, bet your heart is pretty heavy at the moment sorry for your loss.

how do i find the correct KNURL diamater for extended nissan wheel studs, M12x1.25 to suit C34 Stagea ? I bought 20 "Ichiba-brand" 50mm long studs, came with 13.75 knurl - wont fit Now ordered 20 more with 12.75 knurl, got to wait another 3 weeks till they arrive to see if they fit. getting to be too expensive to keep "guessing" the size. Ive measured a used one today from the rear and it seems to be around 12.5mm knurl diameter....... Im hoping its similar to the ones Ive reordered just now 'cause they are 13yrs old & used? confused
