my stock 1997 rb25det injectors ran 228rwkw at 100% duty cycle with s15 injectors Im at 250rwkw (same boost level, 1.1bar), injectors at 80% duty cycle thats 335rwhp plenty more left in it

Id go the RB30 bottom end, I was getting one for $50 but the seller neg'd on the deal With the head, I believe the RB25de is the easiest head to mate up to the bottom end. Heaps of porting flow work, lumpy cams and tight springs would be ace with a forged 30 bottom end & 3076r flowing a lazy 300kw

Im expecting an increase in HP and Nm at the rear wheel from my forthcoming upgrade over stock items: tuned length twin manifolds, HKS split dump pumps, dual 2.5" into 3.5" front pipe to mate into my cat-back system running fresh hiflowed steel wheel turbos, 550cc inj, z32 afm, gtr intake & walbro 305lph external fuel pumps, power-fc eventually going to do a rebuild, and I expect the exhaust to flow over 500hp: hks oil pump, n1 water pump, 87mm hks pistons, attkd rods, acl race bearings, arp studs, greddy cams & adjustable gears, hks cam springs cometic 87 x1.2mm full gasket kit, greddy timing belt kit, 30-row oil cooler, 52mm dual core radiator, air intake kit throw in the electronics, roll cage, wilwood brake setup & semislicks - she should be a decent track car !

luckily rear gtr calipers arnt expensive chad!! nice videos mate Ive ordered a front 13" brake kit, includes braided line, pads, bracket adapter, 12.75" discs, and wilwood 4-pot calipers was $1070USD delivered, best price brake upgrade I could find anywhere. to suit 90-96 300xz so will bolt onto r32 front end no worries (well without too many anyway!) Im putting together a front set to match the 3.5" 5Zigen cat-back on my track rb26 * twin equal length tubular manifold * twin hks split dump pipes * 2.5" dual into 3.5" single front pipe highflowed turbo's. eventually doing a big engine build. got 90% of parts now

was very sketchy having no morphine patch for half a week, withdrawal isnt nice!! pity about the engine water boiling, decided there is no need to punish the stagea; thats what the trackcar will be for

great day, Stag got damned hot. had to pull it in, consistent laps at 1.30. brakes were fine, didnt test them bigtime and never found any fade. oil/water must have been thru the roof, following a skyline for 6 hot laps meant I had no cool air want to do it as much as possible; next day hopefully the rb26 is ready. already ordered a 30row oil cooler last night!! now for brake upgrade kit! photo's of stagea? i didnt take a camera, was pretty underdone seeing I was/am suffering morphine (medical) withdrawal ! so so sketchy, but every lap was within a 1/3 of a second so very consistent, stag is a heavy car to get the power down tho!! had some awesome drift going on around the back of the course, touch brake / plant accelerator / mangle steering = 4wheel driftin shagen wagon

very nice you'll need a nistune ecu to get rid of the :"rich/retard / fuel/boost" cut thingymajigy upgraded coilpacks wouldnt go astray one day, sparkies use Ngk BP6RE copper .8mm v-gruve, $20 for the 6 then it'd be tuned nice and responsive all in good time

nice mate eventually I'll be selling my rb25det 250wkw engine with a rwd gtr sump.... perhaps crate it to you for this "soon - to - be - beast"
