  3. washed car taken youngest to castle park (pt noarlunga) bored now waves look shite at low tide, might be decent waves at hightide for some bodyboard action should go for a kayak in the Onk, but no vest as yet, so probably shouldnt meh cod5 action i suppose

  7. i love me tomei 256 in/exh. camshafts. 8.8mm springs, ported head makes the car feel like a throaty 3.0L off boost, and screams to redline with boost on. made a difference to how the car "feels & drives' without a doubt. recommended if youve got the coin....... i bought my bits ages ago (20 months?) when the aus:usa dollar was comparable.
  8. Im running a dell c640 latitude $100 laptop in my car wires up to my ecu and also consult port not running music thru it, simply for tune checks etc got a usb/cig.lighter $20 unit that runs and plays my mp3 usb on 90.9fm over the radio

  14. hitting the dyno again in 2 weeks time to sort out the rpm-/fuel cut. seems to be boost related can see it's losing 15kw at top end, due to the rpm cut should be seeing right on 250rwkw not 235kw
  15. id leave it as is but try an in-line fuel line cooler and add heatwrap (or foam, or thick rubber, or similar) around the current fuel lines
  16. thick whiteline swaybars (adjustable not really needed) would make a hell of a difference. one of the best bang for buck mods you can do, for under $500 front and rear.

  18. id grab the n1, mod it to my tastes, and keep the stocker components so it can go back to original at some stage any gtr in my hands would be completely mod'd anyway

  20. stagea seems more roomy than a legnum. easier to mod the stagea, parts can be used across the nissan range gearbox in legnum is suss and expensive to fix once broke modding the stagea is cheaper (ie 1 turbo on the 2.5 stag vs 2 for the legum = less room in legnum to get hands in, etc) for me, stag wins hands down. looks boxier than a legnum but in my eyes thats a more 'sleeper' look
  21. oh woot new set of pads here by end of week, car is up & awaiting...... booked in to MV Autos next thursday for a service to the auto. plus and a manualised auto shit setup. lol week after its me b'day so she's booked in to work on the boost & ecu 6400rpm fuel cut. consult map trace shows the section that needs fuel, so should be right after that

  24. fantastic day ! cheers again adrian and everyone out there. my front pads are allllll metal, flakes and pins of metal and not an ounce of pad ! - slotted discs will be ok and fine tho. ordered new pads as its hard to find db1250 over the counter doing oil service right atm, ready for new pads to be dropped in tomorrow/thursday whenever delivered. also found where the fuel map stops at 6000 - 6400rpm. needs a recalibration via a full license nistune/consult (mine cant change the logs)
  25. consult log shows no fuelling at 6400rpm bugga cheers for the point in the correct direction - much appreciated will be easy to fix now I know where the issue lies ta again
