why custom surely there should be some forged pistons that you can get that might need a bit of custom machining and the rods might need to be toughened up, but what else apart from lowering the compression a bit and putting the turbo on .... and as im writing this im realising - efi (or isnt it?) hmmmmm - actually could be a bit tricky

^^cool, but i think legally you have to have a rear muffler of sorts, so maybe change it with a straight through sports muffler instead of no muffler

sr just means that it prob wont be suited as much to off road/track work and trailer pulling wont be as good dont forget a supercharged commo engine will have more torque than the sr (which is what you want for track/off road stuff and trailer pulling) - but i reckon that a sr conversion is a bit more unique plus on cruises it will be an attraction but if your sole intention is hauling a trailer full of moto bikes, plus pulling the car itself, then maybe your better off with an engine rebuild + turbo i think 11-16.5k for pulling a trailer is a bit too much and an sr wont cut the mustard for all that type of work all the time

ive got some 2nd hand rally tyres that im thinking of getting rid of (there on rims i got, but there rally tyres, not road tyres, and they dont fit properly) and i was wondering how much they would be there are a 2x Dunlop SP Sport 84-R rally tyres medium compound 195/60r15 ~70% and 2x Bridgestone Potenza RE360R rally tyres medium compound 195/60r15 ~95%

apparently our freeway is the safest road in australia (or something like that) and an independent study has said that we can safely travel at about 130km/h on the freeway i dont think there is anyway that somebody can drift into oncoming traffic, its either concrete barriers or those steel and wire barriers on the middle and nearly all the outside (if not then there is big high banks on both outsides of the freeway which is a bit hard to get up, specially when a lot of it is sand and bushes and stuff)
