Who ever won't streach tyres are soft, fair call if someone wants to streach 215 or 225 on that size rim, but 235 is streached but not that streched, Go see Dave at WheelWorx on South Rd just north of Anzacs, he can give you a good price on tyres and streach them if you want, tell him i sent you and he will sort you out anytime.

Nah dude streach is good especially on the rear, i have same wheels 8.5 front and 9.5 rear, and i run 235/40/18 all round, rears have good streach while not as much on front looks fat and it acctually used the wall of the tyre when up to a higher temp and getting a booting. Rear cradle bushes will help the axle tramp but then will be more happy to ass end out. Try changing gears just after it hits boost and somwhat feather the throttle off until wheelspin stops, see how that goes!! :Pimp2:

And what happens when you put it in 2nd after wheel spin for a couple of seconds? You must get a fare bit of tramp then, cos mine get plenty of wheel spin also and a whole heap of tramp(hate that feeling)

Then take off in 2nd pretty sure you'd have enough torque for that!! depending on the road but traction is hard to get in 1st, 2nd and sometime even 3rd, big car, easy to handle mmmmmmm sideways!!

Forcast is a few showers and 16 or 17 nice weather for a boot(drive), so it shouldn't be pissing down, besides a little wet calls for some fun!!

I'd say speeding and RBT mostly, being a long weekend its more for the country roads with people going on holidays, I guess they don't want people dropping off like flies like the last long weekend!! But sure they will be keeping an eye out for other things also!!

He is operating independently getting his stuff made, and getting sold only at selected shops, few products getting tested now and a few products on shelf also. Not too sure on what he's doing with floor bracing or under carriage bracing but he isn't doing roll cages. I know he plans to do front guard braces for under guard, I will find out more about them and talk to you about it on da cruise on de weekend.

What bracings are you after? My Bro in law is now making a heap of different bracings, cradle bushes, hydrulic handbrakes, Gbox and engine mounts. most if not all made out off Billet, keep your eyes peeled for ZENITH Tuning coming to local stores near you( E tech, D1, Viva)

I do believe the width isn't such a problem, Its when you stagger 17" on front and 18" on da rear then the profile of tyre on top, and i'm pretty sure its all about the diffs being level. So therefore its all about the circunfrence of each wheel(tyre included) If they are the same then SHE no worry, In my eyes width is all good to be different, alsong as you account for the tyre profile.
